3 things:
1: I'm basically on the other side of the planet from you. And across a nice big ocean. Now, I don't know what you think, but it's kinda extremely difficult to dig through basalt and other ocean rocks.
2: I have my own massive death bug swarm, and have had that since the creation of my nation - long before yours. I'm still developing them currently, so if you attempt to attack and get smacked by things that aren't listed, that's why.
3: And? I can outdo that, as well as people move out anyways, so if they move on out to where I live, oh well. Nothing you can do about it. It's up to Brethren, not yourself.

Alright, so you are very self centric. Got it.
1. Wings. Flight. You know. Also, the swarm is in Brethren and in Unistan, keep that in mind.
2. You can't pull some random card right out of your rear-end and play it against me. If they are hostile to all parties, then if you play it against me you are playing against yourself as well.
3. Sure, you can do that, but we emulate their natural environment better, do it faster, and, oh yeah, wont cost us money cause we literally do it naturally. Attempting to outdo me would be a waste of resources, seeing as we can easily out do you due to the swarms rapid growth and also the plentitude of resources that we can grow with their help.

Brethren, your thoughts?

Marrabuk wrote:Offense taken! Prepare yourself for war, heathen!

Marrabuk deploys it's most sophisticated army known to cleanse nations.

In the blink of an eye, the skies over Vernkhalla started getting dark as Marrabuk's army came from above. These army covered the whole skies of Vernkhalla and even covered the sun. Vernkhalla is in total darkness. The armies that Marrabuk unleashed are gazillions of flies that are now flying down towards all of Vernkhalla.

War is on
Giant barrels of bug spray next to Soldiers with repurposed flame throwers bug spray fills the sky dead bugs littler the ground they had no chance they have been defeated the battle was won but was the war? (the Chemicals in the bug spray could bypass gas masks )

The flies wore flame retardant suits. They only pretended to fall on the ground in prestense only to catch you offguard as their suits opened up a little with a touch of a button where the gazillions of flies began farting toxic gases all over Vernkhalla.

the point was entirely to use them as a writing thing for use against myself. That's why they're there, and why I've been writing strikes on their first discovered lair entrance. However, I have a timeline for these, and if you attack that forces things to move.

Also, feel free to try flying across the world, large slow flying bugs are quite easy to shoot down.
Besides, people move for a huge number of reasons, far beyond just economics. So I really do not care, some may move, some may not. It doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.

But there was no flame so it would not matter if the had flame proof suits

The flies, weighed down by the heavy suits they wear, rapidly plummet to the ground, coating Vernkhalla in a black carpet made of the corpses of billions of flies.

A request is sent to Evrigenis to see if they would like to assist in the creation of a new test facility. They are also asked about the state of their robotics, and automation in general, and how versatile it is. Also if it can be built to withstand large storms like can be found near the coast.

The nation of the New Union of Sovereign Soviet Republics is asked if they'd like to help fund the creation of a new production facility - in exchange for heavily discounted production from that facility. This deal can only benefit both parties.

The nation of Brethren is requested to allow for mining within their territories in exchange for a large boost in supplies like medicine. The mines would also be manned mostly by Brethren nationals, for a large boost in their economy as well as it'd pay the applicable taxes.

There we go, I think I've dealt with everything!

The Holy Throne indicates that most of the Congregation's metal and mineral reserves are not under the Throne's direct jurisdiction. To access them, negotiations with the draconic matrons of the Forest of Rocks are necessary.

Large tax break incentives and employment opportunities are employed to convince River Queens from the nation of Brethren to emmigrate to Golbad.
There's also the nice part of a warmer climate, cheaper food (for them specifically), and a very robust maritime industry that'd love to have them.

Ok, I'm pretty sure I'm done now.

The River Queens respond with "lol f#ck no." Those that want to live in cities at this time have already moved to their shiny new metropolis, and the rest would like the outside world to screw off.

Don't do X type of RP with people who don't want to do X type of RP with you. In this case it's swarm RP that doesn't seem to be wanted.

. . . and now I'm just confused. This seems like a disproportionate response even by Swarm standards, all Golbad did was say "immigrants welcome" and nothing about the brood itself.

Then preparations for discussions for mining are started, like invitations being sent out, also preparations for food, and a location where even a Fury can fit comfortably. The current head diplomat in the nation will take care of it, with the only real goal being access to the resources, with a fairly broad range of things he can provide in return.
Also, about 7% of the personnel entering the nation of Brethren on rotation basis are made sure to be at least mildly sociopathic. They are kept under watch by higher ups, but the fact that this is done purposely is not listed anywhere. It's inclusiveness, right?

I was talking about mining operations.
If a miner hits the tunnels, the entire system could shatter and collapse.
Thats why in TDS Unistan care is taken to only mining in areas that the swarm has designated for being safe to mine in.

The nation is put to a warning level yellow, with preparations being made for possible attacks. A large scale minelaying is done along the south, southwest, and south eastern coasts with designated areas for shipping that are made very clear with GPS navigation being provided free of cost, large bright red buoys, to fence off safe shipping lanes. This is made as clear as physically possible, where is and is not safe to be around the waters of Golbad.

Courtesy notwithstanding, the invitation to dine and negotiate is refused.

The border officials are well able to identify sociopaths by telepathic means, and strip them of potentially dangerous items even more thoroughly than they strip everyone else. Every dragon they meet is similarly wary.

Oh. That's a reasonable concern, but there isn't much to be mined in the area of Thriwich so it shouldn't be a problem.

oh well. Their loss.
Those folks are just as unarmed as anyone else entering the nation - that is to say completely. The most dangerous thing they have on them would probably be their backpack as it could be filled with stones and used as a bludgeon. But if you want to take even that away from them, be my guest.
