Your Opinion on this,
1. The Monarch
1a. The King of Scandinavia shall always keep his people in mind and not to go on a path that would name them suffer and will only make him gain.
1b. The Monarch shall be able to start Meetings in all 3 sections of The Great Court and propose laws.
He and the Chancellor must agree to veto a Law and if they have different choices they must debate or the Law will be checked through by the Judicial Branch to decide if it's a law or not.
1c. A King must propose laws to The Great Court and not skip the process so he can get it through. He can tax more or less but only with the Senate's Approval.
1d. The King must not take control of the 3 other branches or else the people have a right to rebel. The King can be overthrown if he tries to become tyrannical by abusing powers and trying to take powers from other branches.
1e. The King can make a Royal Decree but if it abuses anything listed in 1d, he shall be overthrown. The Decree will only be used in chaotic situations or when the Nation is in danger.
The Chancellor and Cabinet(Executive)
2a. The Chancellor must be elected and his Secretary of State will be Elected. If any if his Positions arent filled or is conflicted over 2 people the people shall vote on the Position.
2b. The Chancellor will be the 2nd in command to the King in the Military and the 3rd is the Secretary of War. The Chancellor must know how to deal with war and know the Art of War like his Secretary of War.
2c. The Chancellor can initiate a vote for war as long as a 2/3rds majority of the Great Court agree and the King Agree. The Chancellor and Cabinet can initiate a Meeting and a Vote. The Chancellor and the Cabinet can propose some Bills or Amendments but they must go through The Great Court and Amendments must get a 2/3rd Majority from All 3 parts of the Great Court and be approved by the King.
2d. If the Chancellor or anyone in his Cabinet try to take power, abuse their abilities or force Legislation they shall be impeached. If a Chancellor tries to bend the system or find loopholes he must resign.
2e. The Chancellor or Secretary of State shall be in charge of Foreign Affairs but alliances and trade agreements must be agreed upon by the King and if they force it, they shall be impeached.
3. The Great Court(Legislation)
3a. The High House(Senate) is the final area that Legislation reaches before the president and they must get equal to or more than 50% Majority to pass a Bill to the President but they can send it back if it is less than 50% where the Lower Houses will have to pass the Bill with 70% Majority to pass it directly to the Chancellor and King.
3b. Senators must be elected or they must resign same goes to representatives and lords. If they break any 1 of the Laws or try to bend the rules to their will, they must resign, the Other Houses will vote for their removal or the Chancellor and King will vote to remove him. Gerrymandering has been banned for its ability to allow Senators to continue being in power
3c. Representatives are elected to the People's House by their state only and if people(the representative or common people) try to gain more votes through visiting and voting there or voting fraud they will be thrown in Prison for Voting Abuse.
3d. The People's House is allowed to Remove a Senator if he does a major crime or scandal but if it isnt then the representatives who did this will have their seat taken. Same if The Lords try to.
3e. The Parliament, House of Tradition/Courage shall have the duty to propose laws and make sure old traditions wont be destroyed for political gain. They also shall keep the other 2 Houses in order and if 1 acts up they will be allowed to vote for the removal of the Representative, Lord or Senator.
3f. The Lords are picked by the King and can be people from Noble Houses as long as they don't do political intrigue or any crimes. It can also be picked from Generals or Military men who served with honor, courage and kindness. It can also be taken from Scientists and people with a smart and able mind who understand Politics and are very kind.
4. The Supreme Court
4a. The Supreme Court has 15 Justices, 6 Magisters and 2 Grand Justices all who have to make sure order Is maintained and that no one of the Other Branches tries to take advantage or break laws. They are responsible for enforcing Laws and of course order.
4b. The Supreme Court must keep a record of all known court cases. Supreme Court Officials must go to law school and take political science.
4c. Supreme Court Officials must be impartial and have no biases. They must make sure every trial is done with good intent and not stacked against the person on trial.
5. Bill of Rights.
Amendment I Congress shall make no law respecting an
establishment of religion, or prohibiting the
free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom
of speech, or of the press; or the right of the
people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the
government for a redress of grievances.
Amendment II

searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Amendment V

If this break a major law or try to bend the law.
They will be taken directly to the Supreme Court for their case,

process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and
to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right
of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact
tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in
any court of the United States, than according to
the rules of the common law.
Amendment VIII

excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual
punishments inflicted.

rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage
others retained by the people.

Imma respectfully suggest that not one of u have near the understanding of law or politics to write a proper constitution yet. if i were in your place, id grab the south african constitution, look thru it, remove whatever i thought was too liberal, insert my own diff numbers, and perhaps rename positions and add ur monarch, and call it the danelaw constitution

Okay let's close that one...
I like it. Just keep working on it and add parts to it that explain the process of removing people from power and how they are elected, more on how legislation is passed and how that legislation is enforced.
