Tsaesci Camp, Near Baan Malur
With the Tang Mo insurrection distracting the Tsaesci and setting fire to their camp, the time to strike was made apparent. King Symmachus ordered a Cavalry charge, impaling the front line of Tsaesci, and allowing for several thousand Dunmeri to follow in close formation, engaging the snake men. He then joined his men in his personal kingsguard, sallying outside of Baan Malur to confront the Akaviri in their camp. The fighting soon became heavy and bogged down, and there was no more decisive action, turning the battle into a brutal numbers game. So many troops amassed in such a small area that there were very few groups actually fighting, with the majority pressing into their allies in front of them.

The Close combat was bloody and brutal, and King Symmachus as well as the Redoran Councillors had all joined the battle at that point, except for Rilms, who was suffering from Rockjoint. Many soldiers began pressing forward, trying to approach the fighting, and this made the armies very tight and crowded, with several dozen men being trampled by their companions. Formation was all but lost when the second wave of Akaviri, from a nearby camp, joined the fray. The Dunmer and Snakemen continually elongated the front, spreading across the surface of battle like a liquid so they would meet an opponent.

When the battle had been raging for nearly 30 minutes, with both sides exhausted and battered, a horn was heard. The Breton troops promised by the Ardoland Kingdom of Daggerfall fell upon the Snakemen's flanks. Their devastating barrage of spells took out many groups of Akaviri before they drew their weapons and charged into the fight, allowing some relief for the Dunmer. Despite this, the Akaviri fought brutally and held their ground, not giving an inch to either the Bretons or the Redoran. In the midst of the fray, Symmachus was heard nobly leading his troops, but there was little to no order on the Dunmer side as the tide of battle had been inconclusive and many soldiers had lost their groups and squadrons, as well as many of the commanding officers being killed.

After 20 minutes, horns were finally blown. The Redoran and Dunmer, unsure of what the signal meant, did not press the Tsaesci, as they were not wont to be lured. The Akaviri began an orderly and effective retreat, with a solid shield wall covering their flank. After the Breton-Redoran armies occupied what remained of the camp, with few Tang Mo survivors, they did not chase the enemy, having been severely depleted of ranks and energy. Unsure of the Akaviri plans, they set fire to the rest of the encampment and any fortifications, and fell back into the city. Due to the clause of the Redoran-Daggerfall Treaty, a shotgun tribunal was held to allow the Breton Army into Baan Malur.

Outside Baan Malur, Post Battle
A Dunmer military scout named Halyn reported that the Akaviri feared they would not have a suitable position on land, especially not with the combined force of Daggerfall and Redoran. Thus, they were beginning to board their ships, purportedly heading to a less well-defended Tamrielic realm, the Northern skyrim, that they thought they could conquer with even their depleted numbers. Whether the Daggerfallian Navy would be able to confront them remains to be seen.

The King of Morrowind felt an enormous sense of pity when he saw the newly emancipated Tang Mo, from the Monkey Islands of Akavir thousands of leagues from here. Symmachus, translating through Yingdo, announced to them that he would grant them a holdfast in West Gash on Vvardenfell, if they chose to stay. However, the few thousand of them remaining unanimously decided to journey Southwest to Valenwood, where there were purportedly long lost relatives of theirs, the Imga. They believed they would be more welcome and safer among fellow apes. Symmachus realized with a slight sorrow that the coldness and xenophobia of his Dunmeri countrymen likely caused this decision, even after the Tang Mo had helped them. He gave Yingdo and his group a large supply of food, clothing, and gold, and saw him off for his long venture across Tamriel.

Baan Malur
After the Akaviri fled, there was a great rejoicing across the City. The soldiers and civilians danced and sang, but in a drunken and non-Disney manner. The Great Stupor, as it would come to be called, was one of the wildest and most rowdy celebration that the normally conservative city of Baan Malur had ever known. Dunmer climbed the towers and walls to wave their red banner, and there was more than one death that night, as few residents were sober. The Council announced a great feast for all the nobles and commanders, and they served their formerly precious stock with reckless abandon. Only the engineers and architects were awake come morning, set with the hardy task of fixing the fortifications damaged in the multitude of sieges, charges, and battles that the walls had faced.

The colovian kingdom

(Wow, I had alot of catching up to do! With school starting back, I've been swamped with too many things to handle now. I've been logging in regularly but haven't been in a position to respond, I will try to do better in the future)

The King sat upon his throne, holding his face in his hands, contemplating his next move. Since the gathering of Counts and Countesses of Cyrodiil, none agreed to joining his Kingdom. The Count of Kvatch even spat at the King's feet and attempted to walk out. The King had to stop his soldiers from drawing their blades out of anger at the Count, allowing him to leave without harassment. It lasted several days but accomplished nothing. A single soldier entered the room, wearing the heavy golden armor of his Kingdom.

"Your Majesty, we have received a messenger from the Nibenean Empire. It seems urgent." Said the soldier as he kneeled to the King. He knew this would come eventually. News of the major fighting occurring at the Niben between the Akaviri and the Nibenese spread throughout Cyrodiil and was partly the reason why none of the Counts and Countesses wanted to transition to the Kingdom, not while they prepared their cities for defense and battle should the Nibenese fail to hold them back.

"Send him in." Said the King, leaning back in his chair and sighing. He knew why he came. They wanted Colovians to help them in their battles. They needed help to fight them back after the battle of Leyawiin, which was disastrous for Medora, who seemed to be injured himself in the fighting.

After fierce fighting the Battle of Baan Malur was finally over. King Symacchus of Great redoran had led a massive cavalry charge while the Tsaesci and Tang Mo were in the midst of fighting eachother. The defenders poured out upon the Akaviri camp in its mass confusion and in-fighting to great effect. Sir Mazog, Plutarch, and Jaquavis all fought valiantly in the ensuing infantry push. The few hundred Ashlanders led by Soregh and his father-in-law the Ashland Chieftain supported them heavier infantry by countering the lighter Tang Mo still sympathetic to the Tsaesci. Despite the initial slaughter the Tsaesci began to regain a grip on the situation. Some of the Tang Mo still sided with their overlords from their native Akavir, but some rebelled joining Yingdo and the other Tang Mo that agreed to switch sides.

Just as the Tsaesci were regaining their grip of their camp and being able to repulse the defenders, the Breton army of Ardoland arrived on the field. The Tsaesci seeing this though did not falter but fought more fiercely, as they saw their chances of escaping fading. They dug in hard against the new Breton reinforcements and managed to even hold for a time. Dawn began to break and the valiant Redoran King Symacchus rallied the armies in the center and began to break through the Akaviri lines. Inspired at their king's bravery the Redoran troops broke the enemies' center. The troops inside the city seeing their king from a far poured out, even some of the lightly walking wounded ran out to help their king seeing this decisive moment to destroy their enemy. Medea and Cassandra along with Dunmer and Breton mages began wholesale setting fire to the Tsaesci camp.

Disheartened and genuinely in fear of their flanks now being encircled and annihilated by the Redoran King, the Tsaesci began withdrawing as well as the few Tang Mo that still served their masters. Exhausted but victorious the Redoran King gave no pursuit and allowed the Akavir to flee back to their ships. They hastily departed, but with still 6,000 some Tsaesci and 1,000 some Tang Mo taking half their ships with them and leaving the rest unharmed in their haste to escape. Great redoran scouts in the days after report seeing the Akavir make their way for Skyrim, particularly the areas near Northern skyrim, though where they'll end up is anyone's guess.

------------------------------------------------------------

The next day as all of Baan Malur was celebrating riotously, Maerwyn wakes up in the middle of the day. Jubilation rings through the streets as the public and the armies rejoice that they weathered the storm of Akavir's assault for now. Medea notices Maerwyn sit up eyes open and runs over and kisses him. She begins to tell him of what has happened the day before.

"So everyone is safe? The Akavir are gone?" Maerwyn asks a lil hoarsely as his throat is still healing from being strangled.

"Yes.....well...." Medea suddenly remembers Trollz had disappeared and she looks away.

"Who?" Maerwyn extends his hand to her chin and pulls her gaze up to his.

"Trollz...he...well...I don't know what happened to him to be honest..." Medea sighs and states to Maerwyn whom suddenly jumps out of the bed. Medea throws her arms around him and entreats him to lay back down. "Wait Maerwyn, you still need rest!"

"No... get off me, he can't be dead!" Maerwyn moves her away and heads for the door.

"Oh Maerwyn come back!" Medea goes running after him through the building and out the door. "Come on Maerwyn, he's just an animal!"

As soon as Medea says these words Maerwyn turns around abruptly to her and looks at her seriously. Medea's face falls down and she blushes.

"You don't mean that Medea. We have to find him." Maerwyn says.

"I love him too Maerwyn but you can't keep treating him like a person... We have to live our lives too just like Trollz has to live his. I mean really Maewyn, is it right to keep a troll as a pet even if he is alive?" Medea's recomposes herself resolved.

"I can't believe what I am hearing from you Ugh, you Nords just don't understand the animals like us Bosmer do. Trollz is more than a simple beast....He is my friend, and he has saved us before I'd remind you. Have a heart Medea..... Come I won't rest until I at least know if he is alive or....well come on!" Maerwyn barks and storms through the city desperately looking for Trollz.

Medea follows after him and they run into Sir Jaquavis on his way to meet with the other Legionaires and the Ashlanders and notable people of Great redoran and Ardoland. Sir Jaquavis remarks that he has not seen Trollz either, nor did he see him out in the battle. The couple continues right outside the city gates. The dead are being buried and what scant remains of the Tsaesci camp is being picked over and looted.

Maerwyn asks around about a troll and learns from some of the Dunmer soldiers of Trollz being captured by the Tsaesci. Letting out a loud groan, Maerwyn begins to weep thinks Trollz must be dead or captured and taken with them. Medea kisses Maerwyn and gently guides him back inside Baan Malur. Looking grim with his eyes to the ground suddenly Maerwyn hears a loud trollshriek of excitement.

Trollz is standing next to Cassandra. Cassandra had found Trollz unconscious in the early morning after the battle. Though she is not very skilled in magic outside of Mysticism, she cast minor heal on Troll all through the day nursing him back to health. Trollz happily pounds his chest and then comes bounding up to Maerwyn glad to see him recovering from his wounds and coma and taking him in a big trollhug licks his face.

------------------------------------------------------

Sir Jaquavis enters the building of the Redoran where a shotgun council is being held. He takes his place standing at Sir Mazog's right hand while Sir Plutarch stands to the left. Near them are the Ashland Chief, Soregh and some other Ashlanders in a delegation. A delegation from Ardoland is also present as well as Yingdo the Tang Mo defector and a handful of his comrades. King Symacchus of Great redoran and his nobles immediately issue a formal edict allowing the Breton army to temporarily stay in the city. The Redoran King graciously offer Yingdo and the Tang Mo defectors, about 2,000 in number, a bit of land in Morrowind to settle. This immediately draws protest from the Ashland chief.

"You would let the N'Wah occupy our lands just after we have fought so hard to get rid of them and lose so many brave men?" The raspy voiced Dunmer chieftain spits bitterly.

"If it were not for them then greater of the Akavir, the Tsaesci would still be outside the city even as we speak." Replied the Redoran nobles in unison.

"So you put the Great N'Wah's little N'Wah friends in the lands of your brothers in the Ashlands?" The Ashlander Chieftain presses.

"What would you do with them? Kill them? That be dishonorable after the service they rendered us, far from their native homes, enslaved to those snake demons. They took a great risk. It was not long ago that the Dunmer were being massively enslaved right here in Morrowind by the Argonians as you well know." King Symacchus stands up looking at the Ashland Chieftain in the face, and his point silences the chieftain whose own daughter Felicity indeed had been a slave herself.

"We understand distrust of darkskin elf. We appreciate noble darkskin elfking's understanding. This land is not suitable for Tang Mo. We have heard of Valenwood. This Valenwood is more suitable for Tang Mo." Yingdo speaks up standing between the two Dunmer glaring at each other.

"We cannot promise their land to you, but we can promise you safe passage and supplies, go in peace." King Symacchus tactfully allows Yingdo and the Tang Mo to take some of the ships left by the Tsaesci and sail for Valenwood. The Tang Mo eagerly leave to depart with their people.

"Did we stop one Akaviri Invasion just to ensure another?" The Ashland Chieftain says in a tone of disgust and he and the Ashlanders likewise depart.

"The Ashlander has a point. Those Akaviri should have been turned over to the The Emperor of Tamriel. This is a grave matter for the Empire." Sir Mazog speaks up.

"Where was the Empire besides you three? You fought well, but the invasion of Morrowind by the Akavir, Argonians, and even the Empire too must be avoided. I as King of Great redoran have kept the Dunmer free from all three. We thank you for your valiant service in the field and that of your companions, but we will not accept the Empires Legions to occupy Morrowind." King Symacchus says sagely.

"Yes you are wise..... for now. But we will still don't know why the Akavir have suddenly begun to invade Tamriel. Or if indeed this is only the beginning of the invasion. The Empire does not seek dominance, please you must see that Tamriel more than ever must unite." Sir Mazog impassioned idealism makes his case, but it is to no avail at the complexities of Morrowind's politics and so the three Legionaires take their leave of the tribunal contented to be promised free supplies and one of the Akavir ships and safe passage.

-------------------------------------------------------

Next morning all the ragtag friends left Baan Malur and met with the Ashlanders on the coast to take one of the ships of the Akavir. They have decided that they will set sail for Skyrim. Cassandra the mystic notes how all their fates come to a head in the frozen land of the Nords and insists that she will join the Fellowship. Sirs Mazog, Jaquavis, and Plutarch note their duty to at least inform the Imperial Legion of the recent events and what has transpired with the Tsaesci and Yingdo's Akaviri armies.

"I am going to go with you too." The raspy voiced Ashlander Cheiftain steps forwards to the surprise of the party and his own people.

"But you can't go, who will lead our clan?" Soregh implores his father-in-law shocked at his announcement.

"I am in the Wood Elf's debt, he brought my daughter Felicity back to me from the slavery of the Argonians and has now fought with the Dunmer to free Morrowind. Felicity is wedded and with your child Soregh. You have proved yourself an able warrior in this battle. I, Asher, pronounce you Chieftain of our noble Urshilaiku clan. Return home, love my daughter Felicity, and raise your son well and make many more. Protect the Ashlands and our people's way of life with your life." The Ashland Chieftain, Asher, removes a magic amulet of his clan and puts it around Soregh's astonished neck.

Bowing to his son-in-law first, the other Ashlanders bow as well and acclaim Soregh their new chieftain. The group of friends that had knew eachother from the first Saga are astonished at the revelation that Felicity has been pregnant and give their best regards to Soregh. After loading up one of the smaller Akaviri ships left near the shore they disembark.

"What do you think my love....We're going to Skyrim." Maerwyn says trepidly to Medea inside resting in the cabin, still somewhat ginger from the past month of battle.

"It's been so long since I have been home..... Do you think it's really a good idea?" Medea says anxiously dreading going back to her homeland.

"Probably not, it was probably better we stayed in Solstheim this whole time and enjoy the nice quiet life. But I don't know, I was thinking maybe we can find a way to cure Trollz from terrible Hircine's lycanthropic curse there." Maerwyn says.

"You mean you're not scared?" Medea asks puzzled but somewhat impressed with Maerwyn.

"Scared? No, I figure the Akavir are less in number, I don't see how they can invade Skyrim with the numbers they have now." Maerwyn replies.

"I don't mean scared of the Akavir…… I mean...…. my dad," Medea looks at Maerwyn and his face turns very serious.

"Ah I forgot!" Maerwyn shudders a bit as he looks out the window at the horizon where in the unseen distance the future looms in Skyrim.

The humble Nibenean messenger entered the room, wearing no armor but the green and gold coat of the Niben. He knelt to show respect for the King. "Greetings, Your Majesty. I come bearing a request from Emperor Arratius Medora of the Nibenean Empire. I'm sure as you've heard, we've successfully beaten back the Akaviri assault on the Southern coast of Cyrodiil. In the process, we have lost much of our army. It is assured that if the Akaviri launch another assault against Leyawiin, we will not be able to halt them a second time. If the Akaviri break our Empire, they will spread across Tamriel. As the closest power in the region, they will make certain Colovia is dealt with. With this in mind, I ask you to come fight side by side with us in this battle." Said the Messenger.

Winterhold 3rd Sun's Dawn, 4E 203

Days navigating the frigid Skyrim seas elapse. The water is full of ice making the going rough and for the most part the crew has kept a distance from shore. Deciding they should be near Skyrim they came close enough to spot land, in the far distance a city above some cliffs. Winterhold and the College of Mages catches their gaze and wonder, when suddenly there is a great splintering crash. In their lapse of attention the ship his struck a bad blow against an iceberg.

The crew swiftly goes below and seeing the breach is too big to fix, begin salvaging what supplies they can. Maerwyn with the help of Medea and Cassandra using their magic bring the ship in as close as they can. With a great crash Maerwyn runs the ship into a tiny frozen island surrounded by the frozen over sea. The party disembarks and kills a few horkers on the island and eats and gathers their supplies. Warming themselves up to the frigid north air they begin cautiously crossing from iceberg to iceberg closer to the shore. Sir Plutarch and Trollz being the bulkiest load on the pack gear of what can be carried and the mages keep Water Walking on them and help them move through the icy sea.

As they reach the shore at last with the sun going down the dusk winter air is lit up. The glow of several different spells illuminates the air. Maerwyn and Asher topple over paralyzed. As Trollz puts down his pack he is suddenly hit with Calm and lays down docilely. Sir Plutarch and Sir Jaquavis are surrounded by ice spikes, the lethal magical missiles falls around them in a wall. Medea and Cassandra deflect some spells directed towards them, and focus their warding and step forward.

"HALT!" A great booming magical voice is heard.

"We mean no harm, what is the meaning of this? Who are you?" Medea stops and puts her hand forward stopping Cassandra and calling out.

"I am Tjolfdir of the Mages Guild, the College of Winterhold……. Medea it has been so long, is that really you?" Tjolfdir the elderly master mage walks out of the shadows with some battlemages by his side.

"Teacher. Yes......It is me. I'm so sorry, our ship ran aground...."Medea steps forward happy to see her old teacher, but the old mage raises his hand and dispels her ward and force pushes her backwards.

"Medea you were banished from the College for Daedra worship, I cannot allow you into the city." Tjolfdir sternly says to Medea looking at her with a hint of disappointment in his eyes.

"Teacher....I am so sorry, you are right. I have repented of the worship of the Daedra though." Medea steps forward again and Tjolfdir raises his hand to cast another spells to back her off when she falls to her knees before him. "Please teacher, if I am not allowed to enter Winterhold so be it, but please allow my friends here to enter. We need supplies and a way to the other cities of Skyrim. The Akaviri have returned and begun an invasion of Tamriel."

"Hmmm, what you say is true. We had seen the Akaviri fleet pass here some days a go. There is another Akaviri armada near High Rock but we had seen the Ardoland navy go by here a week a go and presumed they dealt with them. Perhaps the Akaviri have gone home, or perhaps to gather their forces." Tjolfdir walks forward and helps Medea up and commands the mages to dispel the enchants on and around the others.

"What Medea says is true, we have fought the Akaviri in Morrowind. The Dunmer king Symacchus of Great redoran managed to repel them and that fleet you saw is probably those that escaped. It is said by the Redoran scouts the fleet of mostly Tsaesci and Tang Mo are heading to Northern skyrim." Asher the raspy voiced former Ashland chieftain speaks as he stands up after becoming un-paralyzed.

"That means they will probably strike Solitude. We must warn the The Emperor of Tamriel and the Legions stationed there." Sir Mazog says exasperatedly.

"Ah we may be too late either way. The Akaviri have not landed yet I know this much, but indeed the threat looms. If they invade I dare say they may find Skyrim an easy target, it is a fragmented and quiet land divided among many factions like Hjaalmarch0, Northern skyrim, and Skyrim and nordic peoples, the Imperial Legions of the Emperor, the rebellious Nords, and much more. There is little we can do." Tjolfdir states dismissively to the orc's concerns and walks over looking at Trollz puzzled. "I am curious why do you travel with a troll?"

"Ah he is our friend, and another reason actually why I wanted to come to Skyrim, and see your, er, illustrious guild." Maerwyn walks forward to Trollz side and pats him on the head. "Trollz is real smart, I mean you know, for a troll..." Maerwyn begins as Trollz sniffs Tjolfdir curiously. "..I mean we taught him to speak a lil bit. But you see uh, well Trollz got cursed by Hircine when me and Medea were trying to cure my lycanthropy..." Maerwyn looks at Tjolfdir nervously and stammers "..b-but we cured my lycanthropy months a go and no daedra worship since then I promise...It's just that Trollz here, well he is a weretroll still. The Wolfsbane Potion cured him from being forced to transform every day, but because of the cursed hide on his back, he still transforms and it is painful to him. I just wonder if we might be able to cure him without killing him."

"Ah so you two learned the folly of dabbling with the Daedra the hard way I see." Tjolfdir pats Trollz on the head and gives him a sad smile. "It seems this poor beast will have to bear the curse of your iniquities. I cannot say I ever have heard of quite a case like this, but we will look into it for you."

"Thank you so much teacher, yes you are correct. The Daedra are terrible indeed." Medea bows before her former teacher again but he hardens his face to her.

"You will bear your punishment as well, you are not enter the city with your friends, but you can camp outside of the city in a tent with this unfortunate creature you have condemned to a life of pain and exile from his kind." Tjolfdir replies and leads the rest of the party besides Medea and Trollz into Winterhold to resupply and rest and gain information about Skyrim.

Trying for a civil war, I see

The great empire of cyrodiil and Trollz

Great redoran wrote:Trying for a civil war, I see

Last I recall, Ulfric Stormcloak started the civil war by force and wanted to declare independence by force. I have done my Kingdom's Declaration of Independence through Diplomacy. The Divine Entity of The Emperor of Tamriel has accepted this Declaration of Independence without bloodshed. If a civil war were to occur, again... My Kingdom would surely lose and would never recover from the battles that could endure. The Kingdom of Hjaalmarch has 2 of the poorest holds along with one of the richest holds. Our Capital city is a half-destroyed city. We do not seek war with the Empire, we seek an alliance with the Empire, that is one of the terms in the Declaration of Independence. In my opinion, we have done the Imperial Province of Skyrim a favor by ridding it of its poor holds other than The Pale Hold. We also seek an alliance with neighboring Kingdoms; Northern skyrim and Skyrim and nordic peoples. It would surely help to know what Holds they have control over so I can know where to place my Embassies if the Emperor allows it since every Kingdom here is an Imperial Province(please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm still new here.) But a nation we would commence war with(which we are not prepared for) is the Aldmeri Dominion for their ethnic cleansing, violating the rights of the people in Tamriel, and for causing trouble in our Kingdom while it was part of the Imperial Province of Skyrim during the 25-year civil war. As said, our small Kingdom seeks no war against the Empire only peace and trade but will prepare to defend ourselves and invade our enemies if war were to occur. Even with our very small military.

Daggerfall Fleet
The fleet had allowed the Akaviri to escape, yet some light ships were sent to follow the fleeing Akaviri. Now that the Akaviri are on the run, main concern was returning the army home. The fleet anchored not far from the coast near Blacklight. Soon after the army marched to their transports. The Breton dead were placed in wooden caskets and also loaded onto the boats. Then the fleet sailed back home to High Rock. The departing army left a message for their dunmer allies:
"The war is far from over. Remember that the Bretons of Daggerfall were the ones that came to your aid."
Scouting Squadron
The few light ships tracked the Akaviri for almost a week. They followed the Akaviri along the coast of Skyrim, up to Hjaalmarch and Haafingar. Captain Belemont scanned the seas, or more like attempted to. His vision was blocked by a thick fog. He could barely make out what looked like an abandoned astle on a rocky island, and then a light in the sky rushing towards him. Horns and shouts followed, as more lights streaked the air and outlines of ships could be seen. The Akaviri finally decided to halt the pursuit. A whole armada descended upon the few Breton ships. In a quick naval skirmish, those ships were gone. Little did either side know, was that the main Breton fleet sailed past them many miles away, unable to notice the battle at their distance. The main fleet continued on course to Daggerfall, while the scouts net destruction.

Are the Akaviri in Volkihar?

(Well I guess I'll take this rare first time moment to post OOC after being here almost a year lol. Personally jumping this far into the future murders the point of my nation. I have been tracking Trollz and his Party's misadventures tying the timeline to what others said when I first joined last year it was 202. I therefore merely at the time being a noob adopted their date and been keeping track of Trollz and crew's story. After ending the First Trollz Saga I did go inactive being busy irl and CTE. When I revived I merely computer how many days I had been inactive and relegated this to a sorta Maerwyn, Medea, and Trollz idling the past months in a happy Solstheim Suburbia existence and made a minor adjustment to the Trollz Calendar by fixing the day of the week to the real life day of the week to simplify for me keeping track of the fictional universe's time lol. Happily this started exactly one year into the future making the canonical date 203. This coincided with a fresh story it seemed to me opening up; The Second Akaviri Invasion, prompted by the now Minister of Culture, Great redoran and this being for the time the overall unifying plot for the Region as a whole. To this I committed Trollz and his crew to begin reforming and set out on another adventure, or Saga. I would personally like to finish the Second Trollz Saga before any major timeskip.

Like the First Trollz Saga, I catalogue all of Trollz and Crews' adventures in journalistic fashion and place these in my Factbook. When the Factbook limit is reached, the Saga is over, this provides the impetus to make sorta story arcs that will have a beginning and an end, a complete story, but one that also ends open enough with the central character/s being able to begin a new Saga.

The Factbook limit is 20. I have 10 entries for the Second Trollz Saga right now. I was hoping to be able to get 8-9 more "episodes" essentially in order to resolve the main plot points of this story. The three main plot points that have evolved are:

Regionwide- the Second Akaviri Invasion. Regarding this I didn't make the Second Akaviri Invasion, but Great Redoran did, and I thought it was a fantastic idea that got me excited to jump back here into this Region and get some good quality RP going and has made me give a great part 1 to my Second Trollz Saga. With this though I have little control over it lol and merely played my characters' little part and it was fun. With the battle of Baan Malur being resolved, I technically don't need to fight the Akaviri again, but I thought maybe Regionwise this storyline is worth completing.

The other two plotpoints are bluntly selfish to myself, and if you been following Trollz and crews' tales you may all ready have perceived these. Firstly I wanted to solve the problem of Trollz being cursed by Hircine and cure him of being a weretroll and relieve him of the Savior's Hide. Secondly I wanted to have the wedding of Maerwyn and Medea and have this be the ultimate conclusion to the Second Trollz Saga.

To summarize I am fine with a time skip but I would like ironically to beg for the time and be able to finish my Second Trollz Saga. With 8-9 more posts to go (one being able to be written up tonight), I would estimate this to take to the end of this month. I would propose that whatever Time Skip year is voted upon that the Time Skip officially kicks in at the start of October so that myself has time to in essence get my house in order and wrap up the storyline I have evolved, as well as giving everyone else that opportunity, to collectively to bring a resolution to the Second Akaviri Invasion as a Regionwide issue, and just selfishly to allow me to finish my own personal Second Trollz Saga. )

The Poll was a request from me due to my Kingdom being founded in 4E 222. As I respect the decisions of this region's fellow members if the roleplay remains at 4E 203+ by regional vote. Then I will respectfully make my roleplay go back in time to the point where the Empire just won the civil war in Skyrim, the current roleplays that currently exist between some of the members here(Ardoland, Trollz, and Great redoran) will continue to exist, and I will remain as Hjaalmarch Hold(Jarldom of Hjaalmarch0) in the Imperial Province of Skyrim under the jurisdiction of the Empire then patiently wait till the year comes for my Kingdom's Independence. I will roleplay as the Thane of Hjaalmarch under Jarl Idgod Ravencrone helping to, of course, provide and protect the people of Hjaalmarch Hold. I understand some roleplays will be conflicted, but the group has been around for 5 years, and time has passed in Elder scrolls by a lot. Of course, then again none of us here is "Skyrim", everyone here are Imperial Provinces of the Empire with different cultures, lands, and new kingdoms that broke away from "Original" Imperial Provinces(Cyrodill, High Rock, Morrowind, Skyrim, and Black Marsh) to become Imperial Provinces themselves. Therefore, a lot of things could've happened during and right after the civil war. The region started in 4E 202 right? in the five years of this region's existence, how come it only went 1 year into the future? I would think we've reached the 5th Era by now when I first joined this region. All I'm saying is, its time for the future, if not then I will be patient about it and move on.

(I will be OOC here too. I'd agree with Jern-Ulv, I really like the way you write, and I think your efforts show incredible results, so I'd love to see an end. One potential resolution, although I'm not quite sure about the semantics of it, is that the World could go through a Dragon Break during the Invasion, because of some legendary hero stuff, though I don't know the specific lore behind it, other than that it breaks the linear timeplot.)

Ogrug-Gat and Idgod Ravencrone talked it over Since it wasn't a "Stormcloak" Plot because she was on the Imperial side of the civil war. I married a Nord and have 2 Nord daughters. I became Thane after helping the people of Hjaalmarch. I retired as legionnaire to either work at home or work for Hjaalmarch Hold Guards. I chose to work with the Hold Guards for a very long time. Then Ogrug-Gat and Idgod talked it over, she asked me who would be the leader of the Kingdom. I said, lets duel for it. I used my "Art of Nitoryu"(Two-sword dancing) against her for a good 8 hours, she actually stabbed me in the leg but I stood my ground, I cut her up a little bit with my 2 Bounded swords then she forfeits. I became the chosen High King of the newly profound Kingdom of Hjaalmarch. The duel lasted for 8 hours so it was a very intense fight for a 40-50ish year old Nord woman. We both get patched up, she remains Jarl, Then it's my duty to Declare Independence through Diplomacy from the Empire. We sent a letter to the Emperor to come to Morthal to discuss it, I'm sure he thought it was another Stormcloak plot until he realized it was from a Hold that fought for the Empire's side. He came, the High Queen of Skyrim came, agreed to the terms, then boom I became High King of Hjaalmarch and Hjaalmarch becomes the Independent Kingdom in 4E 222. 6 years later in 4E 228, The Jarls of The Pale and Winterhold(Both Imperials) saw more benefits in joining with Hjaalmarch as its Holds, due to the Empire being somewhat broken as well as Skyrim due to the chaos of the civil war which was totally understandable. I honestly thought it was a plot for either the Pale or Winterhold to take us over but turns out it was false, they wanted to leave Skyrim and the Empire too. So I agreed to it, but the final decision was up to the High Queen Elisif and Emperor Titus Mede II. Weeks of Negotiations and paperwork go by, then the "Treaty of Secession" was signed. After that, Hjaalmarch became 2 Holds bigger, Skyrim got smaller but getting better due to not having as much land to worry about anymore, and the Empire still has all of Skyrim. The Other holds didn't seem interested in us due to the fact that one im an Orc and two we are extremely poor lol. So that's basically the brief history on how I became High King of Only 3 out of the 9 Skyrim Holds. As a roleplayer, me having all of Skyrim, I feel that would not be fair and it would be way OOC for Skyrim in general.

Azura's Sunset 6th Sun's Dawn, 4E 203

Twilight falls over the clear crisp frozen skies of Skyrim as the party treks through mountains to the south towards Azura's Shrine. Tjolfdir, the powerful mage of the College of Winterhold, has made a secret bargain with Medea and the company. He has offered to re-initiate Medea at the most basic level of the Mages Guild. The mission is to be discreet however as it involves dealing with a Daedra. Over a month a go it seems one of the mages from the College, Malyn Varen, researching soul gems went off to Azura's Shrine and never returned. Due to the frowned upon nature of Daedra worship, the College cannot be seen to have too much to do with this, and has asked Medea and her friends to investigate. Tjolfdir had also suggested that perhaps some way utilizing soul gems may be a way to free Trollz of the curse of Hircine, and perhaps they could gain additional information from the errant mage's researches or like Azura herself and the famous Azura's Star. However Tjolfdir urged strong caution to beware that Azura is still a Daedric Prince and cannot be trusted fully and so to be wary of accepting anything she may offer.

"A star of Azura shines bright at the times of the changing, and behold, the travelers of fate draw near us this evening." A loud ethereal voice booms and the party looks around for the unseen speaker as they approach the foot of the hill going up to the shrine.

"They have foreseen our coming and appear to be standing passively by the shrine awaiting us." Cassandra the mystic flamehaired Breton says softly, using detect life to see the auras of three lives atop of the hill. The party draw their weapons and walk up the hill cautiously and approach the priestesses, two Nordic women and a dark elf woman in simple cult robes. The highpriestess wearing a strange sort of hat.

"We have come looking for a mage, a Dunmer named Malyn Varen." Medea states giving a curt bow.

"Yes we know my child, Azura has foreseen your coming, but this is not the real reason for your coming." The seeming high priestess of Azura, an older Nordic crone laughs.

"What do you mean?" Asks Medea uneasily.

"Child, you have travelled with the Savior's Hide so long unknowing, mistress Azura has seen it on the back of your troll, as have all the Daedra and the Divines, but you know not where you walk and the pathways your fate leads." The priestess smiles as everyone turns look at Trollz suddenly.

"The Savior's Hide? Hircine....." Maerwyn says under his breath and the steps forward, "Yes what you say is true, but we do not seek to covet the Savior's Hide, we wish to remove it without killing Trollz."

The High Priestess doesn't say a word but just stands there smiling at Maerwyn knowingly. Below the horizon at this precise moment the list edges of the sun's blazing disc dips and a thick dark cloud forms over Azura's statue masking it and spreading forth over the party. Suddenly time seems to freeze and a woman's voice echoes supernaturally loud in all their minds.

---------------------------------------------------------------

"Your hearts are noble as the beast's. But you do not know that your doom walks in his feet. You say you seek to turn away from the Daedra because of your profane sacrifice to vicious Hircine. Yet here you are, the tides of fate have drawn you to me, Azura, the Daedric Queen of Destiny." Azura speaks sweetly.

"Mistress of the Dawn and the Dusk!" Asher bows before Azura reverentially, the Dunmer Ashlander like many Dunmer reverence Azura. "I ask that you help these people even if they will not follow you. This creature is indeed a noble thing which saved my daughter by your auspices."

"I have indeed seen the way of many things, the tides and sudden ebbs they bring. For a Daedra to fight another Daedra though is impossible, I cannot undress the hide of Hircine."

"And what of Malyn Varen?" Medea questions.

"Malyn Varen is dead, killed by the Dovakhin. He tried to use my Star to give himself immortality. My Star was given to that hero of Skyrim, but at sunset comes other stars in the sky. Malyn's body is still in the gem and will never be found, but as a token for your desire to rejoin those studious mages you may have his ring." Azura speaks and a simple but unique ring with the name Varen on it manifests out of thin air and falls, Sir Jaquavis catching it. "Your friend and beast, there is one plan I can tell you of, but I know you will not take my advice."

"Go on." Maerwyn implores.

"You could take one of my lesser stars, a special soul gem still, capture your troll friend's breath, and then transfer him into another body, free of the cursed hide." Azura says serenely and another magnificent soul gem in the shape of a star appear and her high priestess takes hold of it and kneeling presents it to Maerwyn.

"No! That is necromancy!" Sir Mazog steps forward between Maerwyn and the high priestess. "Tjolfdir was right to warn us of her tricks."

"Orc how dare you insult the Mistress of Fate!" Asher snarls at the orc before make obeisance to the Daedra "Can't you see she is trying to help us? My pardons great Azura, the orc is young and rash."

"I foresee in him a noble heart, but burnt of convictions. Fate is fixed and I knew you would not accept my help though freely offered." Azura sighs.

"Wait....." Maerwyn walks forward and takes the gem out of the high priestess' hands. "Indeed whether necromancy is right or wrong has no bearing compared to the will of fate. Why do we quarrel with eachother over Trollz' fate as if he didn't have any say in it? Let Trollz decide whether he wishes to do this or not."

"A noble friend indeed." Says Azura with a hint of curiosity. "To give the decision of the fate back to the beast. How often the races of mer and men look upon the creatures as the least. But this is a stroke of destiny that even I have not foreseen. I will agree, let the creature decide."

Maerwyn walks over to Trollz and speaking in Trollzish tries to explain to him the basic idea of the proposal. Trollz looks up at Azura and the back at Maerwyn. Trollz looks all around at the people he has been travelling with. He then looks down at Maerwyn's hand holding the lesser Star of Azura soul gem up to him. Trollz reaches forth his hand, but then slaps the soul gem away, it hits the ground and disappears.

"Trollz not trust Azura. Trollz not steal other body." Trollz grunts out a sentence in the common speech he has been learning and turns his back to the party showing the Savior's Hide crudely and painfully grafted to him and saunters down the hill.

---------------------------------------

Suddenly the thick darkness is gone and the rosy fading sunset against the twilight of the night coming on the other side of the sky is seen again. Azura's presence has dissipated and the party and the cult priestesses stand on the hill where they were just when the last bit of the sun dipped below the horizon. Sir Jaquavis looks down in his hand still bearing the ring of Malyn Varen and hands it to Medea.

Medea tries to talk to the priestesses but they stay silent giving only a knowing smile to the party. Asher bows to them and leaves them with some nixhound meat from his own personal pack of provisions for the cultists and removes one of his earrings and leaves it at the base of Azura's shrine as an offering on behalf of his Ashland tribe back in Morrowind.

"It's okay old boy, I think you made the right choice." Maerwyn runs ahead of the party after Trollz and catching up to him pats him on the head.

"W-w-why?" Trollz asks in the common speech looking somewhat sad.

"It is better not to go from one Daedric curse to another. But don't be sad my friend, we learned much here. But this gave me an idea. I think I know how we might be able to cure you yet." Maerwyn smiles.

"R-real?" Trollz asks trying to frame the word really.

"Ya but we're going to need to go to Whiterun…." Maerwyn gulps.

"W-wyrunt? W-w-why you scared of W-wyrunt?" Trollz looks Maerwyn over sniffing fear and anxiety on him.

"Well, in Whiterun are the Companions, and I know a certain bit of them are werewolves. They are not like normal werewolves like I was though, whom became one being bitten, but they chose Hircine's curse for themselves. They have a way to take the wolf soul out of themselves, but very few for their own pride go through with it..... If we can't move your soul to another body, maybe we could remove the curse from the Hide and then take it off...…" Maerwyn cheers up a lil speaking to Trollz in the beast tongue and then appears apprehensive again. "...but Medea's dad lives in Whiterun and is Companion…. He is the one that turned me into a werewolf before you helped cure me..... he hates me and will hate me twice over not only for loving Medea, but also for curing myself of that wretched lycanthropic curse"

"Y-y-you l-love Medea. Y-you 'fraid go Wyrunt and make alpha werewolf dad let you mate with Medea?" Trollz lets out a shriek chimpish laugh and tries to pat Maerwyn on the back like the wood elf often does for him, but not knowing his own strength accidentally knocks Maerwyn down the rest of the hill face first into the snow.

Maerwyn gets up and laughs. Trollz bounds down the hill catching up to him and the two go off ahead of the group who are now descending the mountain after them as the sunset totally fades into night.

(Lol well thanks everyone for the compliments. Personally I don't mind if we have a timeskip, or how far into the future that timeskip goes. A timeskip could actually work very well for me with how I planned to end the Second Trollz Saga. It's more a matter of just needing some time to finish off what is at hand in a decent fashion before that time skip occurs. )
