Proposals are your way to change regions to your will. They can invoke and revoke laws, and in some cases, change the ILC.

Writing a proposal is fairly simple. All it needs it to be written like a declaration, and it needs to be legible.

After being written, proposal's will be sent to the ILC to be voted on by each region.

What is the ILC?
The Interregional Legislative Council, or ILC for short, is a alliance between regions made to promote
peace, equality, and democracy. All regions have a say in what the ILC will decide.
Its sort-of a tiny World Assembly!

Internal Assemblies
Internal Assemblies are a group of people in your region who represent the commonfolk. Each assembly has one vote in total, and it must decide whether to go FOR or AGAINST every proposal.

Assembly size can vary between two members to 5 members.

Unidos Brasileiros will begin the Brazil Fine Arts Festival starting tomorrow, August 20th, and invites all members of the region to participate in this moment.
In this event, everyone will be able to express their artistic side, either through the Unidos Brasileiros discord or the Nation States board, through the categories of text; flags; photographs; song compositions; coats of arms; and posters.
The festival will run until September 10, when it will close with the announcement of the winners of the categories highlighted for the arts showcase. The order below clarifies the categories and other rules for entering candidates and the permissions and restrictions of the arts displayed at the event.

We look forward to seeing you at this important moment for the promotion of culture and the formation of new bonds of friendship.
