The Prior of Home Defense would begin to assess where the RCDF would be hosted, promptly making preparations for arrival. A return letter is sent confirming preparations are being made, where the RCDF is to land and where said destroyer will be docked. There is an added explanation that all docks are within the bay and is a considerable distance from the main capital.
