Hello, My fellow citizens, I am here today writing personally to all of you top feel you briefly how or system works. First of all have no democratic system nor do we have a prime minister, I Am your king! And I take pledges of loyalty from All of my staff!
From there ,
We have a system of government.
The capital has five distinct divisions ,
The Political Wing,
The Tourism Wing
The residential Wing
The Citizen - Care wing
The City Planning wing
Each wing has their duties as the name is obviously telling. No coreuption,cheating or mismanagement occurs.

Basically other than that, newlands and others have
1 Mayor
3 Supporting members
50 Head members
And 1.2Million district members/workers.

Every district has its own council and their seperate courts.

Their monthly wage:
Mayor: 300,000 Hektes w.o.tax
Supporting members : 80,000Hektes w.o.t
Head members: 40,000 Hektes w.o.t.
District members: 25,000 Hektes w.o.t.
----
Benefits:
Healthcare free
Education free
Pension of 4,000Hektes per month
No Lawyer fees.
Personal lawyers.
All household basic needs (car,interner,gas,electricity) are installed for free
Full ownership of a house.
