Stupis does not have many Rarts. However, they are impossible to control because of their random and violent behavior. Therefore, there is no way these Rarts can be moved elsewhere. It will be annoying, but Stupis will have to make do with Rarts. Sure, they may cause an small uprising, but they're funny.
