The first goes of the road but the second car continues driving. The roof of the car opens and an officer hops up to use the Browning machine gun on top. They open fire on the car. As this is happening state troopers and local police are on their way as the chase is shown on TV.

Army CID follows. Using dogs, they find Churchill unarmed. He is taken by CID for interrogation. As this is happening, the CID Bomb squad secures the car and tows it away. CID also deploys a SWAT team after the man. The dogs rush after the mans scent, agents following after. At last they find him and begin a foot chase.

The agents follow and secure the area around the treehouse. Rather then negotiate, they toss incidenary greandes near the bottom of the tree and attempt to burn him out. The lead officer yells for him to jump onto the ground and to lie facedown and to toss his weapon away.

The man walks away as the criminal is dragged through the forest to a truck. He is taken to Nellis. Once they arrive hes dragged into a interrogation room with the major.
