One that thinks that Christmas isn't a Christian holiday, since it is an adaptation of Saturnalia, a Roman festival during the winter solstice, that was reskinned to fit into a "Christian" framework.

is it possible here to attack someone’s nation?

Absolutely not. Obviously it's a gingerbread androgyne.
Well it's about time. Finally, Mrs. Claus can live her life with Erik. Santa hasn't had time for her in hundreds of years, more obsessed about what Sally and Johnny are doing alone in their rooms than spending time with her. So is it her fault that one day a handsome, charming elf on the production line caught her eye? Surely you can't blame her for smiling back at him every time she went past, and there's no fault in her deciding to spend more time on the factory floor. She was only being a good wife, helping supervise the elves for her husband, even as he never came to bed night after night. And if it got a bit dull on the floor all day, it was natural that she would talk to the workers, and if she happened to enjoy the company of one over the others, well that's just how it works sometimes. With all of the added responsibilities, wouldn't she need an assistant now? Of course, that assistant would need private meetings with her to go over urgent and pressing business, and of course those meetings could get intense (because she cares so much, you see), so it's no wonder she and Erik were always breathless when they got back after their meetings. Santa, growing more jealous, began to spend more time with her, feeling her growing distant. Then came the great news!
But nine months later, she gave a great shout, and from her womb Santa baby popped out. Only it was rather small, and had pointy ears: the elves watching close ceased in their cheers. Enraged and upset, Santa shouted and huffed, but it was Christmas Eve and animals still had to be stuffed. So he said he'd be back with divorce lawyers in tow, and headed with his sleigh into the cold winter's snow. Mrs. Claus cried, but Erik did not come, he was headed away to the place he came from. Alone and afraid, she knew it was all over, but come Christmas morning, Santa hadn't made it past Dover. What's this? She thought, looking at the news. A video of Santa's corpse had thousands of views! He'd fallen over and crumpled his suit made of silk, for someone had given Santa expired milk! And so in the North Pole, where the ice now thaws, the new Santa's name is Miss Christa Claus.

Thanks! Next stop: certified double platinum.
I would have it ranked about a 6/10. I didn't think to start rhyming until halfway through, and there was a bit of a time crunch since presents opening was starting soon. The rhyme choices were lazy in places and the story line could use tightening, but I did give back points for a smidgen of creativity and a dash of naughty humor. You don't just have to use nutmeg and cinnamon to spice up the holidays.
