"Ger-man? Reich? These words or places are not something we've heard before. But if you flee from oppression we welcome you? Is this oppression coming from... dark forces by any chance?"

"Dark forces? Why yes, the dark forces of communism."

Hellasreich wrote:"Najor Dobat", Rairel muttered to himself then looked to Therra.
"Perhaps this travelers will is in fact for you three to be here. The god of this land, Eru also worked in strange ways and in silence but his plan is always in play.. perhaps your traveler is doing the same".
"Though of course your traveler is a physical being... Eru is not.. Eru and the Ainulindalë is all around us.", Rairel then gave a bit of a chuckle.
"You folks would of liked Morgoth."

Rairel then looked to Therra's invisible ghost.. he somehow knew were it was.
"And your ghosts? Your traveler made them and they.. give you life? Are these ghosts also dead beings? What exactly are they and how do they give you life?"

“Unlikely for the Traveler to have brought us here,” Mando interrupts, “Otherwise we would’ve known right away. This is neither Light nor Darkness.”

Therra nods and continues.

“Yes, these Wardens seem to be a a paracausal force we have never encountered before. However, while our Traveler watches over the City, the Light extends everywhere. It reaches all things not touched by Darkness, that is why our connection to the Light remains even in this foreign realm so far away. And so long as the Traveler remains intact, our Light will not fade.”

“Now our Ghosts...” Therra’s Ghost, Seraph, appears hovering above the palm of her hand, its single eye blinking at her. “It’s hard to explain, but they are machines born of the Traveler’s Light. They are as its children, created to bestow the Light to those the Traveler deems worthy. It is with the Light that they raised us to life after centuries of being dead. It is with the Light that they can bring us back to life no matter how many times we die. Myself, Mando, and Fuze here have suffered hundreds of deaths over the many centuries of our life, yet we always come back stronger.”

“How pleasant of you to tell everyone how to give us our final death...” Fuze mutters.

Therra’s Ghost vanishes. “As if it would ever come to that. Our Ghosts are smart enough to hide away from the fighting. Unless they come out, they cannot be harmed.”

Rairel smiled though this one was not like his others, it was a smile of satisfaction.
After this he mainly stayed quiet. After multiple hours in the distance they could hear gunshots and some explosions....
Rairel was curious, he's only heard these noises from the Guardians and the Martians. He proceeded to walk faster and up a hill, past it was none other than the legendary Pelannor Fields and the city of Minas Tirith.

Rairel stared at the battle.
Dozens of formations of line infantry fired into Gondorian cavalry and infantry. Nearest to the group is the Gondorian right flank and none other than King Eldarion. Most of his force was killed though he and his retinue of bodyguards remained and they were in melee combat with this... advanced force(compared  go the Gondorians). Eldarion was faced with three invaders, one took aim and fired though the bullet was blocked by a shield, Eldarion then threw the shield at the face of the soldier then slashed his sword into the chest of the 2nd soldier then proceeded to stab the 3rd through the throat, the 1st soldier still on the ground tries to use his sidearm but is kicked in the face and is stabbed through the mouth. Eldarion then picked up his shield and more troops approached.
"Chaaarge!", Eldarion shouted. Trumpets sounded and the Gondorion force charged towards the technologically superior force as cannons fired into them along with the bullets from the invaders volley fire.

While the guardians and martians were viewing the spectacle something strange happened. Behind them Rairel was with the commanding officer of the invaders, the commander was on his knees while Rairel held him by the throat and was squeezing.
"These men are not of Middle-Earth", Rairel stated then stopped squeezing though his hand still remained on his throat.
"Agh! In the name of the gods let me the hell go you savage!", the commander shouted slightly fearful.

"How the-...", Reiter would say.
"How the hell did you get him when they're all the way over there?"

"Do not worry about such trivial things captain.", Rairel stated then looked into the eyes of the commander.
"Lat gurb najor", Rairel would whisper to the commander. After a confused stare the commander's eyes widened and began screaming in terror.

"Mando and friends... I recommend you help his majesty the king down there.. I'll sit with our guest.", Rairel looked to Mando with a devilish smile.

The transmission is a live stream presenting only the Athatonian flag on-screen but responding in the voice that resembles that of an educated English butler requesting identification followed by a message of peace.

"Greetings, I am the embodiment and representative of the great city of Athaton. Fuze uttered a mechanical chuckle as he loaded his Cabal minigun. “Finally, some action. I’ve been itching to let my Light loose.”

“We must be careful,” Therra mentions. “Our Light is too powerful, we need to avoid killing the Gondorians.”

Mando nods, popping a mag into his rifle. “Agreed. We move in from the flank, and we strike them with precision. Let’s go!”

As the fighting continues, a bright light shines from the hills behind the invading army; the light of Solar flames, the light of lightning, the light of a Void. It would be like a collective sound of paracausal destruction heading their way.

Therra boosts herself ahead of the other two Guardians, calling upon her Daybreak, engulfing herself with radiant Solar Light, her body covered in flame, with great wings of fire, and a sword of fire in her hands. As she flies over the battlefield, the Dawnblade begins casting flaming death upon the invading army below. Anyone struck by her attacks would be destroyed within an instant, their bodies disintegrating from the incredible power of Solar Light, no remains to be seen but patches of burnt grass.

Fuze charges from the side, unleashing his Sentinel Shield, his body covered in a armored layer of protective Void Light. The Titan’s shield would render any attacks towards him utterly useless as they disappear upon impacting the powerful shield. Going on the offensive, Fuze throws his shield into the army, letting it ricochet off of multiple soldiers, all of which would instantly disintegrate in Void Light. Going in closer, he bashes many more soldiers with the shield in rapid succession, even more of their bodies vanishing.

Mando slides in from the other side, pulling out his Arcstaff. His body would be flowing with a current of Arc Light, and in his hands, a staff of pure Arc energy, like a staff of lightning. He charges and begins to flip and dodge out of harm’s way, his every move fluid and quick. As he gets closer, he begins to spin the Arcstaff to deflect any gunfire directed towards him. When he gets close enough, the Arcstrider begins spinning around and striking soldiers with his staff, disintegrating many with each attack, even a mere palm strike would utterly destroy anyone in his way.

The front lines quickly fell apart as both the Guardians and Gondorians fought against these invaders. The reserves began moving forward and released volleys of both cannon fire and rifle fire. With them were also what seemed like mages that improved their accuracy and overall power in each shot. Some other mages also seemed to make force shields around the troops though of course these weren't the best mages the invaders would have to offer and proved too weak to the Guardians though faired well against the Gondorians.

It seemed the battle was over, it was quick. Many troops ran while their brothers lay on the ground wounded or dead. Though 3 high ranking officers managed to grab King Eldarion and place their guns to his head.
"Enough!", shouted one of the officers.
"You will all cease or your kings brains will fall upon the earth!", the officer then added.

Rairel then walked to the guardians, a joyful smile on his face and his hands covered in blood.
"You can handle a little hostage situation correct?:

"Go wank a donkey you tube holding scum!", Eldarion would say as he stepped on the foot of one of the officers then ducked as one of the officers missed and hit their comrades. Eldarion then punched the one of the two remaining officers, grabbed his gun, shot the other, grabbed the last one and of course fashionably brought him to the ground to beat him half to death.
The Gondorians then began chanting the Kings name as two soldiers started to drag the beaten officer.
Eldarion then looked to the Guardians and Rairel.

"That... was different.", Rairel frowned.
"Whatever you do my friends just call me Eglerior.", Rairel then stated as he began trying to wipe the blood from his hands
"Distasteful business killing that one commander up there, but I do believe it was my masterpiece thus far.", he'd add before becoming quiet.

"Ah! Our heroes!", Eldarion happily said with his arms outstretched to the guardians as he came closer.
"If it weren't for you I believe our victory would of been... well it wouldn't exist. Your magic and weapons though its not of here.. maybe except her.", he'd then point to Therra.
"She lights up like the sun... is she of the ainur?"

"And who are you elf?", Eldarion then looked to Rairel.
"Me? Oh well I'm Eglerior, a traveler if you will. I've hitched myself to these fine warriors, including... them", Rairel then looked up to the Martians who were sat up on the hill still picking off fleeing invaders.
"Yes, those ones are not very sociable.. but these! These magic ones are truly the return of magic to Middle-Earth!", Rairel then smiled confidently as if he was selling the Guardians.
"Truly... this is magnificent. I suppose the Valar are getting involved here once more."
"Quite possibly.. maybe these fine beings are maiar..", Rairel then replied.

Eldarion then looked to the Guardians sort of speechless.
"I cant tell if these are good times or bad times to come."

"Good times... I will see to that..", Rairel said quietly with smirk. as he turned around to walk away.

"Silence monster.", the count said as he was given a horse and brought into Minas Tirith. The first areas were nice enough but as they got deeper inside the worst of human debauchery became evident. Hooded figures slicing the throats of people in alleyways only to be chased by catchpoles though in many instances they pretended not to notice. Sounds of orgies from buildings and thered also be some people carrying muskets like clubs. They'd soon reach the palace and the foreigner was shown to a room where rhe Steward of Gondor, Elboron was waiting.
"Ah the foreigner, welcome."

“That isn’t necessary, we have our own ships”, Mando responded. “Unfortunately, there’s some strange interference around here that’s preventing us from calling our ships. So our first priority would be to seek and remove that interference so we can use our ships, but if that isn’t possible, then I suppose we’ll have to take you up on your offer.”

Therra looked at the Wizard with suspicion, slowing taking out her pulse rifle and displaying it in her hands.

“I think I’ll just hold it and you can take a look. But be careful. The Outbreaks Perfected is a dangerous weapon. Anyone shot by this would get shredded by highly aggressive SIVA nanites.”

“I...don’t think they’d know what nanites are”, Fuze interrupted. “They’re little living machine things that can do anything. I believe the Iron Lords had planned to use SIVA to build new Golden Age cities. But these ones kill.”

"Well uh... I would know nothing of that. It may be Eru's will or perhaps the Valar's will for the interference but I'm sorry to say you'll never see either of them unless they want to see you. They're beyond us."

Rairel walked around Therra with his hands behind his back.
"Well that would defeat the purpose of me wishing to see it yes? I ask because... well I'm something of a master craftsman. I could perhaps create copies... or maybe you have a less valuable weapon, something more akin to the invaders.. I see you're quite advanced and the weapons seem similar in function. Upon this new found communication the Fleet of Mars began to awaken from its sleep and its ships numbering close to a hundred begin to hover above the massive nation waiting for the arrival of the foreigners.

"Mordor, a land of ancient evils that my fathed helped defeat once and for all. Sauron dwelled there but no more. It could be there...", Eldarion then seemed to flinch at something. Behind Mando and the mountains smoke began to plume.
"Thats Mount Doom... its smoking.", Eldarion then shook his head.
"Anyways it should be something there... such as the Shroud. Its a black cloud, a big one... it hasn't moved as if the earth itself stopped rotating.. you can find it miles back behind Mount Doom and the ruins of Barad-Dur."

"What shape is the cloud?", one of the Martians butted in as they approached.
Eldarion looked to the approaching Martians.
"Dagger shaped roughly."
"Could be a ship, many navies on this planet use a dagger design.. could be the nazis maybe, maybe not."

"That can all be fixed. Elongation of the barrel and a bunch of other little trivial things I wouldn't want to bore you with. I got what I need.", Rairel then quickly put it back together and tossed it to Therra.

“Mordor...I believe that’s where we first appeared”, Mando says. “Guess we’ll head back there and see what we can find.”

He looks at the cloud carefully.

“If that cloud is really a ship like you say, then how is it not being affected by the interference that’s been affecting us?”

Therra takes her Recluse back and just stares at him, confused.

“How do you know so much about technology far more advanced than that of your own world?”

"I will ride with you.", Eldarion says.
"My retinue as well. I want to know what it truly is. We'll get their faster on horses, I'll provide them.", Eldarion says then snaps his fingers to some of his men.

Reiter gives a bit of a shrug.
"Maybe its what's causing the interference."

The cloud seemed to get bigger for a moment and there was a blue pulse then a shot of numerous bolts of lightning from it into the earth under it.
"A storm is approaching...",Eldarion sighs.
"5th one of those this week."

"I'm something of an expert when it comes to engineering... as for the terminology, I've picked it up from the Martians last night when they were repairing their weapons. I believe if I make 4 or 5 they'll be pretty bad but after that I guarantee I will make... perfection.", Rairel then placed his hands behind his back and stared towards Mordor.
"Once that land was full of Orcs, drakes and the Nazgul, those days have passed... for now."
