By a democratic election, the Edmundian Empire has reversed its Anti-Communist stance. As such, we are closing all embassies with fascists such as yourselves.

Sincerely,
Count Osajia

We're not all fascists, nor is the UoN a fascist region per se, just so you know.
But you do you.

Boo! So since you have different ideas Iíll call you a fascist. Good lord whatís wrong with the world.

America hispanica

Hey there! Is it okay to join if my nation is left-wing and Nationalist, along the lines of South American socialist parties? (When I say 'socialist' I'm thinking of figures such as Hugo Chavez, Evo Morales, maybe even Lula for who might be familiar).

Certainly, welcome to the Union! The spirit of nationalism is what we look for in our member states, be it leftist or rightist.

Sorry about that, there seems to have been a bureaucratic mistake within the highest levels of the Imperial Government.

Embassies will not be closing, we were just going through a period of 'defascismization' and it has been quite chaotic here in Edmundia lately.

Kind regards,

In 2024? I don't see anyone succeeding him after his first term.

Yeah. You're all thinking, "This'll never work."

That's exactly why I'm doing it.

You don't like me (probabl- okay, definitely).

But in the last four years, no one has fought as hard as I have to expose the blatant corruption of the World Assembly.

Hell, I sacrificed my reputation for it, and took my region with me.

Why should forum drafting make or break a resolution?

Why should a resolution's author be judged harder than a resolution's content?

    Why shouldn't you self-commend/condemn/liberate?

All this is dictated by the WA Elite. (Trust me, they do exist.)

I intend to, as I always have, put a stop to that.

Under a World Assembly I lead, the QUALITY OF A RESOLUTION will be ALL THAT MATTERS.

No more deceit. No more Elite.

No more bullsh*t.

So Sanders missed his last shot at presidency, unless he tries again in 2024 at the ripe age of 83.
Let's see if "Sleepy" Joe Biden has it in him to corral the Democrats this time around.

New poll is new, perhaps the best yet depressing poll ever!

Let's see if "Sleepy" Joe Biden has it in him to corral the Democrats this time around.

Honestly, he has the Establishment Democrats like Obama falling over themselves to endorse him and make sure he gets some votes.

Yet they have dug their graves by insulting people who backed other candidates like Sanders, Yang, Klobuchar.

Say what you will about those candidates having bad ideas or being wrong or whatever, but from a politically strategic standpoint (and yes I am an armchair political analyst obviously but I wonder if this idea has any merit), would it not have been wiser for the Democratic party to have focused on policies instead of mudslinging, perhaps even emphasizing the ideas that Biden will absorb into his stated platform (since the voting bloc for the Democrats seem to slightly care about such things, at least the younger crowd)?

Instead of just saying "oh they'll never win." Or something about how one is a socialist and the other worked in Silicon Valley so obviously they can't appeal to voters the way Biden can?

If they held off on the mudslinging, could they have had a much less frustrated electorate? I guess we are going to see in November, but one wonders whether the Democrats could have had a more unified electorate had they acted differently.

Ave~! to you all camaradas from over the world amassed here in the Union of Nationalists. In case you might've already guessed the mystery man inviting himself into your region is from a region with a longstanding relationship to yours; Fifth Empire and I, of course, I am Atsuria, The Cancellarius among others of the Fifth Empire. These positions I hold with pride and passion, I cherish the responsibility and chances placed on my shoulders to lead and guide the region I love to a better tomorrow. I told you this as I want to be open and have no need to hide my identity with you, so take that as confirmation for any assumptions you may have on the matter. Why am I here then, I hear you wonder? Well this is a multi-pronged phenomenon your eyes have gazed.

First, The Union of Nationalists has for many good years now enjoyed diplomatic ties with Fifth Empire, a stainless relationship with a steady course.

Secondly, it came upon me the realization that despite the time between us, we have not interacted that much. Which seems a great tragedy considering the familiar color and composition of the blood in our veins nourishing us to live and fight on for the promise that is the future built from 3rd positionist / nationalist pillars of principles.

Third, I quite like the look of this region; among others, I want to say it has a clean and tidy feel to it, no confusion, no doubt about what's going on. And you all seem rather professional...civil to boot.

With these considerations I felt it was a high time I made a presence here to both experience myself what this place has to offer, to build new bridges, to make new contacts and most of all to rectify the great sin that has been perpetrated; that the potential between Imperial and UoN relations has been ignored. Therefore I am hoping we could finally build stronger ground between our regions. As such while I am here consider me both a resident and a diplomat/repsentative from Fifth Empire, directly on my own effort. Still, we have a good man in place and I tell this in particular to your leadership Magna Bavaria and The Kuomintang to also remember the existence of Minister Phoenik if and when you have matters of interest to discuss. a Chain TG to both him and me as recipients seems the most painless way to achieve this.

Introductions now aside I am glad to be in the company of friends and I look forward to my time here. I reckon I can do my part too in helping in keep the public life active. Onwards!

To those wondering what kind of message is conveyed in the exotic language of Finnish in my motto; "The value of our people is unique, let us protect it!"

Well as Nationalists you all understand that the identity flavored by culture etc. of distinct peoples is unique in their ways which not only enriches the world but is a fact of existence which holds within itself inherent value for all new additions to the succession of generations.

The Kuomintang wrote:We're not all fascists, nor is the UoN a fascist region per se, just so you know.

Indeed.

But I'd like to get a sense of who's standing and where; orient myself a bit into this cozy cottage of ideas. And as I will likely torture you all on occasions with my take-on's and exposition on Fascism which is a topic I'll never grow tired of, it is beneficial for me to know who might not be a fascist or consider himself one so I do not accidentally in the midsts of my excitement make statements in back-and-forth chatter implying that the other party/ies share my worldview.

So anyone please, who amongst you might be certain enough to wear the badge with the Fasces? And who else might be something else along the lines of Nationalist tradition?

Howdy friends, the ACA has been inactive and stagnant for years now - but with a little support from our allies, I can guarantee we'll be back on the right track. If there are people in this region who are experienced in region-building, I'd greatly appreciate it if you sent a puppet over to the ACA so we can use you as an advisor of some sort. When we get all the details ironed out I'll begin putting the advisors into officer positions and we can build the region to attract new people.

I'd appreciate any help you can send.

Who should succeed Trump?

The Sovereign Realist State wrote:Who should succeed Trump?

Whoever the voters decide.

(I'm betting on Trump at this point. Frustration with Trump seems to be on partisan lines; the same situation as the 2016 election. Biden seems to have even less enthusiastic support than Hillary did, and even if Biden chooses Hillary for VP (lolz), that campaign wouldn't get anywhere. Lots of people would see it as the Dems repeating 2016 again with even worse results.)

Largest fun poll to date with the choices!
