KOSOVO CRISIS= Presdent Milosevic declines the invitation to the meeting but will send some military advisors such as general Vojislav Jovanovic to London.Milosevic described NATO as an aggressive power in Europe and that they are a just a puppet organization for the USA to carry out its Hegemony.SMPA troops have reported the casualty of one UN peacekeeper.This is a warning from Serbia and Montenegro that if the UN does not pull out their Peacekeepers then more men will die.
