the supreme assembly is composed by 33 people, each representing one of the 33 provincies that form the UFES (or UF), each is the highest ranked member in the provincial assemblies, each comprised of 10 people elected by the population of the UF, as a few safety regulations, for a desicion to be taken in the UF at least 25 out of the 33 members must agree on it, also there must be no more than 5 members must be from the same party, all this system has a few more stuff behind it, quite a complicated logistics going on here, to prevent the single largest country in the world (United Federation of Earth States or UFES, commonly known as United Federation or UF)
