A general act was declared. The Ten-Thousand Command hereby stated that all men willing to volunteer to join an army that are in between the ages of 15 and 45 report to their local nobility or state department. The first 10,000 able bodied and able minded men shall be accepted to be trained for the new, and singular, General Army of Zeměsilahia.

With this, a new commission was announced to create a uniform for this army. One that would capture the needs and the grandeur of Zeměsilahia. With this, and the trade deals and creation of new armaments, it was clear a total rearmament and militarization of the Silac State was in order. Time may yet tell if the Protectorate will become an actual influence of the Empire...
