3. Nuclear powered ships shall be unrestricted
4. For nations above 50 million they shall have no more then one nuclear weapon for every one million citizens
5. Nations which agree to this treaty shall only have nuclear weapons that have the explosive capabilities of two and a half million pounds of tnt
6. No nation may use more than 1 nuclear weapon for every 1 million citizens in the nation they attack in a war
7. Failure for the members of the treaty to enforce it will result in fire and fury as the world has never seen
8. Any nation that attacks one of the member nations with nuclear weapons will face fire and fury as the world has never seen
