Income Protection and Equality Act passed by Central Congress

The Income Protection and Equality Act, has passed in both the upper house, Central Senate and lower house, Province Representatives with a total vote of 277-50 for the Bill.
The act aims to protect labour uninons, officialy outlaw child labor. For which the enforcement of this law, child employment under the age twelve will now be defined as unlawful and could lead to buisness crippling fines, and imprisonment. A clause states that in cases, such as family employment (child is legally under the gaurdianship, at least fifty six hours a week) and is found to attend educatuion above a reputable number of hours each working week. The Act also covers innequality in workplaces, where gender based income disparities is no longer allowed, for the law to be inforced new income record guidelines will also be enforced.

“IN ORDER, to maintain buerocratic, democratic proscess, a committee and jury shall be established, under the high courts, it will look into individual cases. The committee which will go by the title, ‘Comité de Protección Infantile (Child Protection Committee) will also seek to support, as such children and their families through such cases, additional funding will be supplied to non-federal youth organisations when suitable. Other workplace clauses state as follows, “No exeptions will be given on the basis of ethnic, cultural, sexual or conditional discrimination, that demand descrepancies of the living wage, furthermore, on the basis that employment roles are the same. If such does arise, consequences by the court and law shall occur in due course.”
