We talk about a piece of land filled with brown people here! ENF are super racist - the idea of even one more non-white person putting their foot in New Ejoland, is highly unpalatable to them. Keeping their lands as "pure" as possible is more important to ENF, than economic gain. And, taken in regard that New Ejoland is close to Brasilistan, I would assume that there is at least a little oil also in New Ejoland. So the obvious desire for autarky would not play in so much here.

Things would come in another light, if ENF actually was in charge of Ejorike. In that case, they could aim to use Brasilistan as a dumping ground for any ethnicities they don´t want in their own country, while ensuring that no non-whites where allowed to move from Brasilistan to Ejorike proper.
