Greetings your Excellency. Please allow me to introduce myself, albeit electronically. My name is Rose Pacheco and I represent the Federative Republic of Greater Cape within the Ministry of International and Peace Affairs. It is my sincere pleasure to formally recognize the establishment of the Federal Republic of Tirpit, and to be the first to do so. If your Excellency would be so inclined, I would be honoured to see to it that Tirpit finds a suitable location for an embassy in my nation's capital of Rio de Janeiro, and we would like to do the same in Bangalore. Should you agree, my government has chosen Ms. Maya Soares to represent my government's interests in Tirpit, and she will arrive in Bangalore upon your Excellency's approval.

Perhaps in the near future our two governments can discuss possible trade agreements that would mutually benefit both our fair republics. Until then, I look forward to working with your Excellency's government and strengthening the bonds between South America and the Indian subcontinent.
