Greetings Fellow Antarcticans -

The Ministry of Geography has completed its updated census and map. They would like to report that while our overall population did rise a bit, our GRP per capita shrank a bit. We would also like to pass on that we have finally decided to remove all remnants on the map of former positions of the many we lost early last year. Chief among them is Vastivan Alaska, a nation matching our own history in Antarctica. Spot 39 and Spot 10 (from Frazikstan) are still teeming with Southern Bears and will not be inhabitable for some time.

On a side note, only 3 researchers were attacked by Southern Bears, luckily with no fatalities.
