We are humbled to have Their Majesty King Fluffy visit your lovely nation and are happy to let you know that he will be visiting the Eternal Dominion as requested. However in order to allow Their Majesty to travel to your fair nation there must some safety requirements met. These safety requirements will be sent in a separate message by the Royal Canine Defence Forces. As for personal requirements King Fluffy does not require anything out of the ordinary and looks forward to travelling to your nation soon. We thank you for your proposal and wish to see you soon.

To allow Their Majesty King Fluffy to visit the Eternal Dominion these requirements must be met:

-Security for Their Majesty in the form of escort by either military or law enforcement
-Allowing the King's Guard Company of the Royal Canine Rangers to travel with King Fluffy
-Allowing [REDACTED] squads of ARF soldiers to guard King Fluffy
-Allow the Destroyer RCS [REDACTED] to dock in the nearest available port to the capital
-Allow use of Canineian Military Vehicles in King Fluffy's Convoy

The Prior nods as he read, "Makes sense... Director Orangefur.. okay."

Running this through the Administration, he'd receive its approval and would attend wherever the second letter of the RCDF instructions went, making sure it would be incinerated as instructed. The Prior of Home Defense would begin to assess where the RCDF would be hosted, promptly making preparations for arrival. A return letter is sent confirming preparations are being made, where the RCDF is to land and where said destroyer will be docked. There is an added explanation that all docks are within the bay and is a considerable distance from the main capital.
