Beatles? That's difficult
With albums they're all good so I don't really have an opinion on that, but I like Getting Better, Here Comes the Sun and Blackbird
As in a Juche kinda situation where the Communists turn fascist.
PRIC: Recent Political Events in France, 2026-2027
January-July
Due to the fact a minority government controlled the country, and the fact that the Ensemble coalition had regained itself, nothing much occurred, with legislature being blocked and Le Pens political capital running thin, unable to pass through more executive decrees. The internal power struggle within the RN coalesced, with three main candidates being visible. Philippe Reyes, a moderate Intellectual, Perceval Legrand, the Ruthless fascistic businessman, and Constantin Belmont, the feared militaristic General.
August
The elections for the new RN candidate occurred, and it was all but secured when Legrand pulled out due to many damaging rumours were spread regarding corruption, and when Philippe Reyes was revealed to be in Putin’s pocket. Belmont proceeded to win and became leader of the party.
September-December
A huge crash in the market occurred due to events in America, leading to more unrest in France and an economy declining fast. Le Pen, unable to fix it, was practically overthrown by Belmont, who had started taking charge. He managed to hash out an agreement with part of the Ensemble, to vote for certain legislation they approve of in order to repair the country. So, the Economic Recovery Act of 2027 was produced and signed into law the next month.
January, 2027
The Economic Recovery Act was designed to repair the economy in the midst of the economic crisis. It had four important provisions:
Budget cuts, specifically for the unemployed. Welfare for them was cut by 10% in an effort to produce money for the state to get out of the crisis. A budget cut for education by 7% was included, and a healthcare cut by 5% as well.
Tax cuts for all. Large amounts of taxes were cut in order to give more money back to workers and businesses, and to combat deflation as well. A total of $12 billion would be cut in taxes for everyone, rich and poor.
Stimulus packages for businesses. In order to prevent deflation and produce more growth and investments, a stimulus package for businesses was included, totalling about $20 billion in total. Half of the package would be directed towards bigger businesses while the other half was for small and medium sized ones.
Tariffs on essential goods. A tariff was put in place on essential goods such as food, medicine and clothes, of about 2%, on non-European Union countries, in order to provide incentives for businesses to produce more in the country rather than relying on foreign products.
This was successfully passed due to the dire state of the country, staunch opposition occurring from the leftists nonetheless. Russia 2022-RP 😊

RSIC: Operation Vitus
With their supplies finally running out, and the populace of Magadan ready to revolt. The Russian pacific fleet would begin planning a withdrawal from Magadan and an escape... somewhere. The initial plan of going through the Arctic to the Port of Archangelsk was dismissed as a death sentence due to the harsh conditions, and the fact the fleet had already been branded as traitors and deserters by Putin's government. There was no way to reasonably reach the RUG without being intercepted by another nations naval forces. This more or less meant the fleet had to either stay and die in Magadan, or surrender.
Admiral Liina would decide to do the unthinkable...
RISC: Bizarrely, a group of Russian navy deserters from the Russian pacific fleet request permission to dock in ISC Kodiak on Kodiak Island in Alaska. They offer surrender as "a foreign terror organization," and furthermore request an audience with someone in the CIA.
Pwease gm economy uwu
MPRIC: The Economic Recovery Act is mostly successful, with businesses recovering and people having more faith in the government.
However the tariffs do raise prices slightly, which isn't exactly popular among the population, and the healthcare and education budget cuts and wildly unpopular.
