As the Russian civil war escalates Poland is planning to get more involved. They have recently sent 1k troops to Ukraine and have deemed this successful and are increasing troop numbers to 4k. The plan is also to scout Kaliningrad for a potential invasion. They are sending drones to do a survey of the area, sending spies, most of the efforts will be targeted at the borders and Kaliningrad city.
Poland-Kaliningrad border:
The scouts have been sent into Kaliningrad with Russia so far not noticing much. They will be very useful to the strategy of the Invasion. They will locate hazards and where will be easy or hard to take. Meanwhile while the scouts are mostly at the border drones are begging to fly all over the territory. The liberation will soon begin…

RSIC: The drones are able to ascertain that the main obstacles come from the fact every single road into Kalinigrad is landmined, with there being barricades and fortifications around the city itself. The RBA defenders have set up drone defenses, AA, anti-tank, and rocket artillery at defense points across Kaliningrad. The bulk of the forces are along the polish border and the Lithuanian border while the city is primarily defended by militias.
The majority of the civilian population seems to be indifferent to the RBA's presence, as there hasn't been as much forceful conscription or looting as in other RBA controlled areas.
