V. Hyperlanes will be constructed between the territories of Partners to facilitate the rapid movement of armed forces in the event of a war.
VI. This defensive pact is to be upheld and partners must take care to prevent third party influence on the alliance. In the event of threat or interference in the alliance by a third party by any means, partners are to consult each other immediately for the purpose of deciding what measures should be taken jointly or separately in response.
VII. Partners will conduct joint military exercises with one another at a selected number of times per year.

IV. Each partner will seek to recognize, protect and uphold each other's laws related to trade which include but are not limited to Intellectual Property, Contract Law, and Capital Markets.
V. Partners will not restrict non-governement foreign investment from each other, and not subject foreign investment to any additional taxes, tariffs and levies.
VI. Partners will grant Working Visas to citizens of each partner receiving a minimum quota of 5% of a partner's own population.
