GAVIERLAND - KANKUNDO AGREEMENT

Parties : Democratic People's Republic of Gavierland, Sultanate of Kankundo

This is an agreement between the Democratic People's Republic of Gavierland and Sultanate of Kankundo with the latter being considered part of the Yellow Path Initiative by the former.
•Gavierland will add Kankundo to the Yellow Path Initiative.
•The government of Kankundo will allow the government of Gavierland to go ahead with its plan to fund and construct a US$2.6billion deep sea port in the settlement of Alùla.
•It will also provide land for the construction of the project , building of a Gavierland Aid branch and its staff and residence for the the companies awarded the project until the project's completion and this will also apply to future projects.
•It will allow Gavierland's government to carry out any future projects it wishes to undertake in Kankundo.
•It will give a tax cut of four percent to Gavierian companies that operate in its country presently and in the future till 2060
•It will only take state loans from Gavierian banks, the (irl IMF),OAP and one other nation.
•In the event of any kind of war , Gavierland can use its lands to launch attacks or military operations.
•It will cede the islands of Abd Al Kuri,Shamhah and Darsah for US$70 billion and will recognize Gavierian sovereignty over these islands and shall not interfere in its affairs,directly or indirectly.
•Gavierland will build military(naval and air) bases and installations on these islands i.e Base Francis,Base Victor,Base Davis,Base Ebo,Base Asante,Base Frimpong and Base Samuel and it will be recognized by Kankundo.
•Gavierland's navy will also be allowed to help the Kankundo navy to patrol the Guadafui Strait .
•It will eliminate tariffs on Gavierian goods and Gavierland will also do likewise.
•Embassies will be exchanged between both states.
