You need to host them on another site, and then use the [IMG] command to insert them into the dispatch. I use imgur, but there are several free hosting sites out there. There are also lots of templates you can use (and other help) in the forums.

There are about 1000 in scientists living in Antarctica through the winter, but in the summer more than 4000 people live there including janitors, hair stylists, baristas, etc..
