Thinking of moving this region as well as the region called Bailiwick of Guernsey over to my Embassy Matrix List.
Just need to do some housekeeping for the other region and add a few puppets.
I'll consider these to be sovereign nations, and see about adding their capitals to the list too.

Adding four regions makes more sense than just the one.
I still have to update the WFE and get the list ready for new puppets to populate the region.
This region was created to be Matrixed due to the recent Featuring of The Channel Islands region.
Filling in some of these regions that do not yet have any puppets.
Seems that I had not plotted this region on my master region's list, so therefore it never was placed on my master matrix list or my playlist.
