Covenant Shores Regional Message Board
I stand in favor of the repeal of Resolution SC#482, "All We Want for Christmas Is You," and I urge you all to consider the underlying issues with the resolution that have led me to this decision.
The frivolous nature of this resolution, with its whimsical lyrics and lack of concrete purpose, does not align with the principles that govern our nation. It offers no tangible benefit to our people. Religiousness, economic prosperity, and integrity—the pillars upon which our nation stands—are nowhere to be found in this resolution. The celebration of trivialities, while well-meaning, does not serve the long-term interests of the Twelve Israelite Tribes.
For all its cheer and festivity, this resolution undermines the seriousness and focus that we should be placing on policies that matter: the wellbeing of our citizens, the preservation of our faith, and the strength of our economy. We do not seek to diminish the value of holidays or celebrations; rather, we emphasize that our resources and efforts must be directed towards causes that align with the divine will and the greater good.
I must say, however, I do find the tone of the repeal resolution amusing. While it may not possess the gravitas expected of a formal declaration, it accurately captures the frustrations shared by many who see such a resolution as unnecessary and counterproductive.
For the good of our people, for the sanctity of our laws, and for the preservation of our nation's integrity, I vote to repeal Resolution SC#482.
Yay, I'm a real boy now
I voted against the resolution as well

Chopin - Fantaisie-Impromptu (Op. 66)
So we will first start with Fainataise-Impromtu. Now my favorite part has to be the opening in which you get a slow start and then you hit into the fast up beat tempo of the piece. For the longest time I couldn't find the song but after browsing one day, I did find it.
Mozart - Rondo Alla Turca (Turkish March)
Ah, Mozart's Turkish March. Another one I recognized yet never knew the name. Anyone who knows anything about the classical game will recognize the piece which I enjoy for the upbeat and happy tone that occurs throughout the song.
Vivaldi – Winter / The Four Seasons
Winter, not only my favorite season but my favorite of Vivaldi's Four Seasons. It encompasses the darkness yet lightness of the season while also having one of the coldest beat drops in any composure. It gives warmth to my heart every time I get to hear this masterpiece.
Debussy - Clair de Lune
Now we have Clair de Lune. If you have ever heard this song you know that it has an somber slower tone to the song, which is actually translated to Moonlight which only makes the somber feel more intense. When listening for the first time year's back, it actually made me cry, and still does because of how beautiful yet sad the piece is.
