If anyone is confused about the wording of the amendment at vote, the wording change is "(to include being inactive from the region for more than 2 weeks/14 days)"; which is exactly how it will be inserted except for font change.
Also keep in mind two things: 1) Only votes from congressmen/citizens will be counted, and 2) Amendments require a 2/3rds majority to pass.
Make sure to check out the Legislative and Executive Archive for past amendments and legislation!
I understand now, I like the principle of the amendment but not the way it's worded. We must be much more formal with the use of our words.
