Please note that the offer is an open one, and should you reach a point in time that you are able to accept our offer, we shall accept you with "open arms." Unfortunately, as we have no official connections, Bruxxa shall be unable to aid you should a crisis arise. If one should happen, Bruxxa Charter states that we shall be unable to form a union during a time of war on either side. However, we would be able to form one should said conflict end. If a partial alliance if formed, Bruxxa would then be able to aid you in future conflict after the papers are signed.
