Wouldn't a lot of us be considered one now at this point if you stayed in the region? I think anyway even if they weren't the most active nations i feel as if the prolonged amount of time they have been here and stayed here without poofing at least should mean something, because admittingly I wasn't the most active but I always popped up in here once in a while to see how things were and do a bit of fun side speaks

I used to be part of a RP community on this site about...what, over four years ago? I joined it in a February, anyway. The group would make a region, which would usually stay properly operational for at least half a year, before moving to a new incarnation with a different setting. Some members would disappear over time, some would join, but the old guard (as I like to call them) often stayed the same. That was, until the final incarnation of the region abruptly died a few weeks after the start of a new setting in that place, resulting from the founder/overseer of it all being unable to sustain the place as a result of RL health issues. Sadly enough, they were also the main engine behind that setting, and that abrupt end, coupled with many members becoming busier and busier with RL stuff, resulted in a rather...swift, and saddening demise of the community.

I figured that but the biggest problem is the lack of active people to sustain such, we can rp all we want but in the end it won't really make a difference if we are unable to achieve the goal of getting more people to join the region to sustain such.

I would gladly participate more, I just feel like there isn't much to participate in? I currently check nation states only once a day cause there's just not that much going on.
PS. There's 140 nations here, so growing is not really a goal right? It's more that activity seems rather low.
Yeah like we may have around 140 nations rn but only about 10 are actively participating in the rmb
