It appears that Elvarya was a significant role-playing region years ago. Reading through its threads on the NationStates Forums, it becomes apparent that the players who once inhabited this region were skilful writers, worldbuilders, and collaborators. If this region was still at its hayday, I would not hesitate to give it a full 5/5, due to the demonstrable skill of its citizenry, but its inhabitants have moved out, presumably going on further.
