I would ask that you not be so hasty in asking our members to join you. I am concerned with the strong political leanings of your region. I built this region to be cosmopolitan, being inclusive to a vast array of nations no matter their political ideals.

Galactoreus, as I moved into this region to settle down after the war on terrorism and new ordered; I want to grow this region into a large and prosperous region, free and open to those of all ideologies. I am in full support of deepening the relations between our two regions, but I do not believe merging is currently ideal. Perhaps in the future we may consider such possibilities.

Of The Revived Soviet Union, if you want them to merge with you, attempting to force a merger between this region and Tinga may hurt their chances of accepting a merger. They also have every right to make their own decision as opposed to yours. I don't mean to intervene, I am just stating an opinion.

This. Of The Revived Soviet Union you are in no such position of power to make threats to our sovereign region, even those of no substance. If you wish to continue our partnership, I would advise you to stop thinking of yourself as superior. Neither of us gain or lose anything from embassy closure, except to prove that you are too immature to settle disagreements properly.

Do you want a merge though? To make it clear, a merge would entail that:

I'd keep executive power,
Tinga would be the region being merged into, and would remain a Frontier.
As far as I can see, the only issue is that of our regional sovereignty. While we lose our entire region in exchange for ceremonial titles, you gain but a fraction of your current member count.
We could possibly all make alts and send them to Tinga, and the alts would have the power you are offering to these accounts
