Democracy is on its deathbed in this region. I am considering my position as a citizen of this Empire very carefully. I advise everyone else to do likewise.

On the contrary, democracy will soon be given a new breath of life in this Empire. It is my aim to deliver the new Consitution for the review of the electorate by Monday.

[According To Regional History Record, July 28th, 2019] Today, This region marks 1 year of being in service, When i first became WA Delegate it was a very wonderful experience. Being in this region aswell. Originally Menorica was supposed to be part of the British Commonwealth of Free States, But the region had fallen. The very next day then arose the world-famous, Empire of Great Britain. To mark this 1-year anniversary, I toast to the region, I give out a famous Patriotic quote from a very well-known man.

What are we going to do about Celtic Britain? My puppet has been there since a few weeks ago, and we need to establish a Government there.
I hereby appoint you as the Governor-General of Celtic Britain until further notice. You are permitted to govern with a puppet.
Countrymen, I have decided that in order to ensure the continuity and independence of the Supreme Court without any authoritarian interference, I must join our government-in-exile in the Commonwealth of Great Britain.
We have waited far too long for our democratic rights and government to be restored to us. I too will only return here once they have been secured indefinitely.
Separatists are traitors to the Empire! I shall allow a 72 hour window of amnesty for those who have rebelled to return without prosecution or punishment.
Should they choose not to, they shall be permanently banned from the Empire and all her dominions for life.

Depends on the outcome of the constitution, either for the Premiership or the House of Commons.

Democratic rule will soon be restored to the Empire of Great Britain under a new and improved Constitution.
However, the number one priority of the Empire at this time must be to squash the separatist rebellion which threatens the security and unity of our great home.
Until further notice, I have secured our borders and banned the separatists followers from the Empire. Should they surrender, I will remove their bans and allow them back to the Empire without any serious reprecussions.

Loyal Citizens,
Finally, after much hard work, I am happy to present the latest draft of the new Imperial Constitution for the consideration of my subjects. You will find it pinned to the WFE.
I implore you all to read it and offer any feedback you can, so that we may quickly improve and finalise the document. Please offer as much constructive feedback as you can - it will only help.
It is my hope we can ratify the new Constitution by way of public referendum within the next few weeks. I promised a return to a democratic way of government and I fully intend to keep my promise.

• A separatist movement declared their independence from the Empire. The separatists were banned and the Empire password protected until the rebellion is squashed.
• A new draft of the Imperial Constitution has been shared and I am seeking feedback from all loyal citizens.
• 
Not-Brittania has been appointed Chief Minister of the Council of Ministers until a democratic government is restored.
• Saint Arsenio has been appointed as my heir and is now His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales.
• Aim is to ratify Imperial Constitution, appoint new Prime Minister and hold elections for the House of Commons by first week in September.

I hereby declare a full amnesty for any citizen of the Empire who has participated in any form of rebellion against the Crown or Her Majesty’s Government.
Upon the adoption of our new Constitution, we must focus on uniting as one people and healing the political divisions which have divided us in recent times.
We will only succeed as a region once we have achieved this reconciliation. We must not allow our differences to impede the great potential of our growing Empire.

Fellow Citizens,
I am hugely satisfied that I have been able to return to the Empire with the promise that our constitutional democracy will soon to restored and renewed.
I do not have any regrets about my decision to leave when I did, as I believe it served its ultimate goal and helped break the stalemate which existed for so many weeks and months here.
I bear no ill will towards any citizen who disagreed with my decision to leave, nor with anyone whom I may have exchanged heated words with. I sincerely hope we can reestablish our democratic institutions as soon as feasibly possible.

Saint Arsenio is glad to hear that one of the rebels has returned, however I do not believe their actions should go unpunished. What they did was considered treason against the Empire, and they knew this.

I understand how you must feel. However, Her Majesty did declare a full amnesty for us ‘rebels’ - which clearly means no further punishment or criminal action will be taken against us.
I will not be reciting the National Anthem on the RMB, as I am under no legal obligation to do so to regain my citizenship. I will always be a loyal citizen in a democratic Empire.

Let us not put any barriers in the way of reconciliation. Her Majesty is correct. The time for division is over. We must unite now in order to ratify this new Constitution and return our democratic government.
This is the most important thing. Nothing else should detract our attention and energies from it.
