Yup. I had a close encounter with your navy here recently, I take it they are part of raidercon and they raided Liberty Nations Alliance which is a sister region of mine. Spiced things up a bit in mine pretty much split the region into factions.

This award is given to those players that endorse all of the WA Nations of Europeian citizens.
This award is given to those that have cast the most WA votes since the last edition of the awards.
This award is distributed to all nations that have endorsed the World Assembly Delegate of Europeia.
This award is distributed to all nations that have joined the World Assembly within Europeia since the distribution of the last awards.

Why are there sometimes more than 50 or 100 nations receiving awards for Top 50 or Top 100?
When multiple nations tie for the 50th or 100th slot in the PopTart or SweeTart awards, the award is given to all nations with the same value of endorsements given or increase in endorsements given.

This is the post that I made just moments ago to get a police bill out of committee and onto the Security Council's floor.
I’m a regional delegate on a different region and I browsed that proposal. It has a good point but here are my problems with it.
1. If I have someone who is stoped based on suspicion who is likely a terrorist and I cannot arrest that tips him off that we are on to him.
2. It fails to define special circumstances.
3. It is on such a controversial topic that it will likely be repealed.
Just my opinion. Good luck!
They rejected a bill like this a few days ago. And it was dedicated to holding police accountable!
I would advise the writer of this bill rewrite it with more specifics and maybe create a few more exceptions in some of the requirements.
If it was more detailed (and if those details I found reasonable) I think I would seriously consider supporting it.
