Earth, a festering cesspool of instability, chaos, and havoc never before seen by Equestrian society. A trash heap filled with pigs who feast upon every morsel of power that can be attained, Earth is the great feeding trough of the drunken masses, the crux of galactic issues, and the sole source of sorrow for Equestria.
There is no denying that Equestria attaining land on Earth was a great victory that saw her propelled into the galactic politics, however, it brought great sorrow to the nation as she slaughtered 1 million of her own citizens to defend land, which she would never get, being sidelined in the division of those territories in New York City, which like the rest of the Earth, is also a festering cesspool of cosmopolitan muck, parading itself as a galactic city.
Now Equestria finds itself threatened by one nation which calls itself the Cosmocratet, whose vassal we were once great allies with. Indeed the question of Yazakhastan is one of great contention, for the lands which that country sits on was not recieved via the means that ought to be, but by force, a policy never before taken by the Equestrian government until the vapors of barbarism came into the nostrils of our statesmares and stallions, and intoxicated them. Indeed, to depart from one of our longest and most cherished points of diplomacy, that being, peaceful transfer and absorbtion, is a degredation of our nation never before seen, and if this new policy continues...will see the collapse of this state, for Harmony, if disturbed will revolt.
As such, Equestria must take its losses, abandon the lands on Earth, and give some systems to the Yazakhastanian kingdom as compensation, otherwise Equestria will see itself in a war that is far worse than any war it has ever seen, which will lead to more deaths than any other war in this nations history. The motherland will stand strong without the lands on Earth, I am of the belief that it will not change not a single ounce of public opinion in the matter of the Hegemony, and will not degrade the status of Equestria, which expands already in great swathes.

We are set in the 2700s, with technology equivalent to that of star wars and other science fiction around that era. We have few limits regarding fantasy tho, and what you can't or can do.
The Cosmocratic leadership would thank the Grand Anglo State for their prompt acceptance of their request, and would therein turn a blind eye to their recent conquests in Finland. However, at the same time, hoping to finalize the results of their brief communications, the Cosmocracy's Chinese Army would mass on their thin border with British Afghanistan and would wait patiently for the 72-hour deadline to pass.
