Yes, I think that is fair, and in you can only nominate one person so that no one can nominate three friends.

Well... the chair's power is supposed to be the power to execute decisions where a vote would be an inconvenience. I think you might need to elaborate the "will not affect the entirety of the ALD" line as it is too broad and can cover most decisions at the moment. But that does sound like a sound proposal.

You can request amendments to the government by telegramming either me or Jakalaka. You can also discuss other topics with the rest of the ALD.

alright ill join the ALD, and i suppose my only concern is that there should be a chairman and a president, both sharing executive power, who are voted in after a certain term limit. that way a council vote and executive charge can be used in the governing of the alliance, the chairman will be voted in by the members, and the president will be selected by the chairman.

Basically, what I mean is if it only affects a certain person or group of people, let's say the chair, and does not have too much influence (for example, giving the chair the power to decide certain areas to fund, not how much) does not have to be voted on.

Well, that one should be voted on since it is giving the chair more power.

What would you say is a decision that doesn't affect literally everyone while being of minor influence

If nothing is done to get this better. I feel the ALD will go caput.

I would say the creation of a new department (that is not controversial and assuming that the chair has the power to allocate funds).

That might affect everyone, as people have to be elected to that department, but you know what I mean.

I mean as in subdivision departments, like a Bureau.

We still need two more candidates for the SC. Anyone want to apply?
