Allowing people to see who voted for whom may very easily introduce bullying or coercion. You don't see modern democracies publish who exactly voted for each party and we shouldn't either. If we don't trust our government officials to count votes fairly, we can barely function as a region.

As she sits a head of her dinner table in the Castile de St. Satanis her stewards usher in councilors, magisters, and ministers waiting to catch up on 2 days of lost statecraft. The coup had set back the Pricipality, yes. However it had only managed to put it 2 days behind schedule.
