"Allow me to explain Comrade Shalltear. Since 2049, Loushinism has divided into other sub-divisions, there was Green Loushinism which was created by Fillion Raya, and White Loushinism the ones that against Green Loushinism division, and was created by Uchiage."

"Green Loushinism is a sub-division of Loushinism that ultimately aims to provide a better environment, focusing on nature-based revolution. White Loushinists on the other hand didn't like that kind of revolution, White Loushinists believe that nature is not a subject of the revolution but an object to help the revolution."

However; I would suggest that we try to balance out between the 2 Groups... see, Eco-Revolution is a Good thing, but we need too see the implications of Nature that can do the former; that is. more harm than good... or the latter which are the opposite."

"I think, we could sacrifice a few natural plants... if in the end, our goals are to make our Worlds a Better place."

1. TWICE members mostly believe that we need to eliminate differences between Green and White Loushinism
2. TWICE members are willing to continue the revolution based on original Loushinism
3. Fillion Raya is willing to cooperate with Uchiage and the rest of White Loushinists to rebuild and continue the revolution

"Thank you for the opportunity that has been given to me to close this summit. I thank all the invited guests who attended, and the host, Fillion Raya. This is something important considering that our revolution is still not finished, our revolution will still continue to burn in the hearts of all of us even though we have achieved glory today. This is not all because of our strength, but rather the strength of togetherness between people and God who rules above us. For that, colleagues, follow your own revolutionary path, that is the essence of Loushinism, it doesn't matter if you are from the green or white group, as long as you understand that our revolution will not be finished until all of us work together to finish it. Death of Qizura Azare
On July 21, 2070, Qizura Azare was declared dead by doctors and experts from Dai Shungeki Palace. It is known that he fainted when delivering his closing speech at the NPC session. He was then rushed to Dai Shungeki Palace to get help but unfortunately he was not saved and died on the same day. All the people who heard it shook and cried. Everyone mourns the passing of Qizura Azare, Father of Advancement and Qizuraism.
Events
Mourn in Nobikyu
Many people from all over the RRRC came to Nobikyu to see the body of Qizura Azare which would be taken to its final rest. Everyone present at Nobikyu clamored to preserve Qizura Azare in a mausoleum. Everyone seemed sad and hysterical about being left behind by a figure who was very closely identified with the identity of the RRRC. It was also seen that the top officials of the People's Government, complete with the Executive Secretaries, were all gathered at Nobikyu.
Shin Selected as Leader
Shin Kaz, former Executive Secretary of North Loush Land was chosen as Qizura's replacement because he was considered able to overcome bureaucracy and was close to Qizura. Shin took the oath of leadership on the night of July 21 2070 and officially became leader that same day. Shin was seen attending Nobikyu's mourning accompanied by two bulletproof cars.
