Citizenship is open to:
-any nation in MU or embassy regions
-any ally of an MU nation
-any nation which has an alt in MU

Citizenship will be revoked if:
-you are permanently banned from MU
-you cease to exist for 18 months (but you may reapply if you return)
-you want it to be for whatever reason

Citizens can:
-have a say in the Senate
-get a plot of land on the map
-get involved in rp
-be a part of our community

Citizens must:
-abide by rules (regional and site rules)
-follow all rp rules if they wish to participate
-maintain relatively friendly relationships with other MU citizen nations and our close allies
-accept Sernet as head of Senate

Sernet would appreciate if citizens could:
-send an alt to MU
-talk on the rmb often

How to obtain citizenship:
All you have to do is send a telegram to The Sernetian colonies. Please do not telegram Sernet with citizenship requests/enquiries. Of course, you must also fall into the eligibility criteria and abide by all rules. In this telegram, please state that you would like to become a citizen and mention if you would like to send an alt or not.

Please Note: You may not have more than one nation which is an MU citizen unless given permission from Sernet.
