More information on their website : The Ministry of Culture is currently working on the creation of a new language, this one would be inspired by Ancient Neutrian* and the Runic** language used by the clergy of the Neutrian Empire in the Middle Ages. This new language would be called Ratan. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Ancient Neutrian is a language that was used for more than 1000 years by the Empire of Neutria, towards the end of the Middle Ages modifications began to create the current Neutrian. **The Runic language, also called Runa'ah, is a language that has been used for a very long time.
