Welcome to the New World Union Reformist Party!

After some much welcome criticism from the Democratic Front, and a request on how I would achieve the originally stated plan of better Electoral and Governmental Transparency. As such here's my response, as so to clear it up for any future party members or political adversaries. First on the list is electoral transparency, something that became a popular topic after the Amaa Administration's... questionable actions. To say that Saint hasn't done a wonderful job at bringing this to being, would be a blunt lie, to say that the work is done, would also be a lie. Goo's Florida Act makes a wonderful step towards it, but a secondary, stronger act is in need.

While some citizen's may be concerned that another act would be too much in the way of bureaucracy I plan to make it so such a bill wouldn't restrict the rights of citizens, as that would be the exact opposite of an electoral reform. This act, which I am deeming the Pennsylvania Act, would attempt to find a different source of voting submission, rather through Telegram barking or some other form of transparent voting, one without such loopholes that were believed by many to be used during a certain period. This act could also bring in a form of "Voter Registration", but not in the traditional sense. I've examined a few other democratic regions, and noticed that during the election period they use a NS ID number. However I hope to avoid this.

Telegram barking would allow for clearer verification. It's believed that google forums, the current polling site, has one small issue, we can't say that the "Nation's Name" requirement is truthfully working, as someone could simply enter the name of some inactive nation within the NWU and vote multiple times. By sending votes via telegram to some third party nation, a nation which doesn't partake within regional politics, or is trusted by the public to uphold the democracy of the NWU. At this moment I am unsure if it would become an official government office, requiring an amendment to the constitution, something which in my mind, it is far too young for, or an honorary position every election period. This idea does have its flaws, as if an abnormal amount of voters appear, as seen before while using a different system, it would be difficult to make sure every ballot is true and blue, due to NS's 20 telegram box limit.

While true that the Pennsylvania Act is quite a plan for my tenure, it's not all I have planned. I'll cover grounds in order of suggestion.

Well, this would be something that I am incapable of, as I haven't the financial means to do such and to be blunt, this is far from my area of expertise.

Within this category I can provide a level of advice and planning. I hope to place some level of regulation in, atop that I hope to make sure that these guidelines are clearly placed out and easy to be used by regions hoping for an Embassy. If asked, I'll be glad to expand on this.

As someone who personally partakes in this, my plans are decently laid out as of now. I do have some level of planning, perhaps another event that brought nations together, and pitted them against each other, or something of the sorts. Again, I'm not a professional, and these plans are just rough sketches of my plans.
