Rosa looks around. "What a lovely city, it is hard to believe that you were at war with Russia so recently." Costa looks around as well. "How would you like your face everywhere in Joshuastania Rosa?" There is nothing but silence from her. "President Rosa, did you hear me or not? How would you like your face across Joshuastania?" Rosa mumbles something which Costa can't understand. "What?" He asks her quite annoyed. "No thank you." He glares at her. "That wasn't a request dear one."
“Comrade Stahl has become the centre of a lot of hero worship, it’s great isn’t it?” After a short walk they arrive at Kim Il Sung square where hundreds maybe thousands of mourners were present. In the square there were large portraits of Stahl, Kim Il Sung, kim Jong Il, Pol Sar, Vladimir Karimov. Misolsevic and Subotic. Malikov walked past the mourners and led them to a room where a bunch of people were talking and drinking.
“You can stay here until the funeral officially starts, help yourselves comrades.”
"Thank you comrade Malikov." Costa looks at rosa and talks into her ear. "Rosa can you sit down and behave?" She nods. "Very well then, don't you try anything or else..."
Rosa waits until Costa is talking to some people before whispering to Nakata. "I am terrified of Joseph Goeth, I have heard stories about him. I needed to get as far away from him as possible, please don't be mad."
"I know, I won't say anything to anybody." Costa approaches with a drink and holds it in front of Rosa. "Are you behaving yourself dear Rosa?" She reaches her hand out and he pulls the drink away but she stands up and takes it. "I'm not a little kid you know!" She sits down and takes a drink and Costa laughs.
Dissident speaker missing, presumed impaled.
This is very likely to be the case.
Isabella picks up. "Yes, who is this?"
"I am glad that Subotic has finally returned to power. If Joshuastania can join the BP then we would be unstoppable. I just have to get little Ms. Rosa over there to cooperate. Maybe some time in Hondura to learn the ways of socialism would do her some good?" He looks at Rosa coldly and whispers into Nataka's ear. "I really do think that some time in Hondura would be good for her. I think that she could be re-educated here much better than in Joshuastania."
"Good day Empress, what do you want to talk to me about?"
"I have heard, what a tragedy. I heard that the Princess Vanished and so did Otto. I presume that you got Rosa out as well?"
Rosa replies. "It is very much a sad day Comrade Vyacheslav. I didn't know Comrade Sar very long but I'm glad that we could resolve the differences between Hondura and Joshuastania. I am honored to have been invited here today, thank you." Costa puts his arm on Rosa's shoulder and continues. "May the great Comrade rest in peace."
“Ah it was all great comrade Stahl’s idea, Sar kept to the party line and I respect that.”
Nakata interjects.
“The funeral should be starting soon then, Stahl’s going to be making a speech.”
“Ah comrade Kenkichi here organized the funeral you know, didn’t want to but he did, good comrade.”
A terrorist attack has occurred in Karimovgrad killing 52, and also killing the 1st secretary of the Ulsan-Gyeonggi provincial committee. He was also a well liked deputy in in the supreme people’s assembly and a modern communist. His death has allowed Stahl and the MSS to begin a mass investigation of the party and the civilian population to investigate the start of this.
Many think that this was organized by Stahl and the HCP to begin the mass purges.
Costa and Rosa take their seats and he whispers something to her which causes her to become pale and to look down. Again Costa puts his arm on her shoulder and grins, nobody knows what he told her but they can feel the tension between the two. "What are you so upset about Rosa?" She doesn't say anything and just looks ahead.
In the starting room there would be only the party members and military leaders. The coffin is carried out with them all following into Kim Il Sung square. They along with the party members and military officials are sat on a stand in the square. Stahl walks up the balcony of the central committee building with his inner circle. They’d notice that the citizens standing in the square would by holding up portraits of Stahl and Sar.
Rosa and Costa watch as the funeral begins. As she watches, Rosa can't help but wonder what terrible things are going to happen with Stahl in power. However uncertain the future for Hondura is she knows that Costa has something worse in store for her. Maybe it would be best if she stays in Hondura and takes her chances with Goeth.
