New constitution proposed
The presidium has given the supreme people’s assembly the new constitution, the April constitution or the council constitution, they will vote on this to potentially pass it. The constitution would rename the union of federal Honduran Soviet socialist republics to the federation of socialist council republics. As well as this the federal system would be reworked.
