Joshuastania wrote:"Costa wanted to have me re-educated in Hondura, said it was my punishment for acting out. Costa believes me defiant and unwilling to cooperate. He did threaten me about how Joseph would set me straight."

“I can tell you know Joseph would set you straight.” Nakata replies.
“Trust me, he’s a f*cked up man.”
They drive into a small town, as soon as they enter they could see portraits of Stahl and a post showing Stahl and Subotic shaking hands.

The Greater Nordics wrote:The Empress enters the room and pauses. She sighs. “i hate to tell you this Otto, but Rosa has been taken to Hondura for re-education.

He just looks out the window and nods. "I figured as much, I knew as soon as the rescue had failed that she would be sent away. She has been through so much that this would probably break her. She is so smart, funny and innocent and I love her. I can only hope that when she returns that she isn't too far gone."

21 more deputies from the supreme people’s assembly congress along with 500 civilians have been arrested to face trial.
Stahl and Meketav have started writing lists and quotas if people to be arrested.

We will get her back. I can promise you that.

"Ah, Comrade Subotic, I haven't met him yet. I guess I haven't actually met Comrade Stahl either. Well then, aren't you going to teach me about socialism? Costa really wants me re-educated for some reason and I'm trying to find out why. Can I ask what the re-education centers are, or would you rather not say?"

The Greater Nordics wrote:We will get her back. I can promise you that.

"I know we'll get her back, but I am afraid of what this will do to her delicate mind. She wasn't ready to lead a country, she wasn't strong enough. She is really still an innocent child and has been through too much. I know we'll get her back, I am afraid that she will return as a broken and different person."

They look at each other.
“Not a place you want to end up.” Nakata says.
“It’s a place for counter revolutionaries and traitors.” Vyacheslav adds.

"Geez, perhaps Costa sees me as a counter revolutionary or a traitor. I led the revolution in Joshuastania though, perhaps he is just a mean and controlling person. I will admit that I don't like communists much, perhaps he thinks I would be a threat because of that, I don't know. I am of course open to learning and socialism but... You know what, I think I'm going to stop taking before I get myself in trouble."

“Yeah I’d advise you to not say that, if someone hears you they’d tell the NKVD or the KVB or something.”
The car stops.
“So we’re here, there’s a school, collective farms and the youth league area, I suppose here’s a good area to start when learning about socialism.”

They all get out of the car and Rosa takes a deep breath and looks around. "What a nice day, I will follow you both."

“This is something to remember about socialism, here in Hondura it’s made people happier.” Vyacheslav says as they walk toward a collective farm.
“Here, See? No guards, the people here work for their own good, to produce for the community.”
In a wall near the farm there would be a large mural of Stahl with “온두라스 공산당이 국가를 선도합니다!” underneath the picture.

"How interesting. Even here Stahl is looking after the people. I presume that is one reason for all the murals. In the west, people seem to believe that Hondurans are starving, I see plenty of food here though. Tell me, did the Joshuastanian supplies dropped during the war help people?"

“That’s because we were starving, and yes, they helped mostly in the Philippines to my knowledge.” Nakata replies.
“The murals are here to show the people that Stahl cares about everyone, even the people outside the cities. Unlike Goeth the liberation of socialism applies to all Hondurans.”

"This is very interesting and informative, it is much different then life in Joshuastania. I am not entirely sure what Costa's plan is but I'm wondering how such a system would even work in Joshuastania."

“Well it’s mostly about getting the worker and farmer to realise that they need each other to survive, teach people not to be selfish and work for the collective.”

"Much different from life in Joshuastania, working for the collective huh..." She looks around and then quietly says something to herself. "What is Costa thinking then, the people of Joshuastania won't allow this." She rejoins them and keeps quiet. There is no way that this system could possibly work in Joshuastania, she thinks. It is at this point that she comes to a stark realization, she must resist this at any price. She has just decided that she will never become a socialist.

“Alright I suppose we can see how’ve socialism has benefited the students.” Vyacheslav says as they start walking to the school. On the way they see a portrait of late President Sar helping workers in the collective farms with “we will safeguard the leadership of the revolution!” Written in Korean below it. Outside the school there would be 5 portraits(first two Kim’s, Karimov, Sar and Stahl.) abond the entrance, a patriotic song was playing over the loudspeakers.

"Is the patriotic music always playing or just at certain times of day?" Rosa looks around at all of the portraits. "If you communists are very good at one thing, that would be the art on your propaganda pieces."

Nakata checks his watch.
“Just certain tunes of the day.” Nakata replies.
“Propaganda is a strong world really isn’t it!” Vyacheslav says.
They walk inside and go down a corridor where they see a poster of Stahl with text congratulating students, next to that is a paintings of soldiers and workers tearing down the Goethist flag in Tokyo while the worker raises the HCP flag,
“Ah the great victory.” Vyacheslav says.

"I am terribly sorry, in the west we call it propaganda Comrade Vyacheslav, forgive me." She looks around and puts her hand on the poster. "Goetheism really was the worst thing, wasn't it."

“Goethism was evil, absolutely.” Vyacheslav says.
“Yeah...it was yeah.” Nakata replies.
They keep walking until they reach a classroom, they go in, Vyacheslav waves to the students.
“insamal.” Nakata and Vyacheslav say in broken korean. The students sat the same back.
“Continue with the lesson comrade.” Vyacheslav says to the teacher as they sit at the back. The same 5 portraits are at the front of the classroom.
“You see, they’re learning about Honduran history. The victory over goeth and all that.”

"Ah yes, I see, what age range are most of the students and how long does does their education last? May I ask what they are tought about Joshuastania? I mean we fought against you not so long ago."

“Well here it’s 12-17, and they learnt about the former government of Joshuastania bombing communist forces during the civil war, but things do change.”
