How are her children doing?" Isabella hesitates for a second, knowing that it is a lie. "It is a very sad situation but the children are taking it day by day." The nurse hands Isabella the baby and the paperwork and starts to push her.

They are taken to the waiting car and Isabella is helped inside. After the baby is handed to Isabella and Karolina gets in, they are driven towards the palace. "Looks like the ruse was so effective that everyone in Iceland even believes that Rosa and Otto are dead. That explains why Hella has confined them to palace grounds!"
The Herdonian Empire has begun Phase 2 of the eastward movement, and has begun seizing the remaining former Canadian and American lands. The Herdonian Army uses the same methods as in Phase 1, however has been experiencing major difficulty with resistance and increased uncooperative behavior by the leaders of areas being assimilated.
After the Herdonian Empire absorbed all the separate states of North America into itself, the separate resistance efforts of their areas have begun unifying into one effort to disrupt Herdonian rule. The use of homemade explosives, firearms, and other weapons are used to destroy infrastructure, attack Herdonian troops, and kidnap local leaders. Locals have begun calling the resistors "minutemen" due to their hit and run tactics similar to american revolutionary militias.
Karolina follows them out to the car and gets in. She then turns to Isabella. “It does look like the ruse worked! If everyone here in Iceland believes that they are dead then I wonder if people in other countries think they are dead. It would explain why Rosa and Galina didnt help me help you back at the palace.
Eventually they return to the palace and go inside to the drawing room where everyone is patiently waiting for them. Hrafna and Alyosha both rush to Isabella and the baby and Hrafna smiles. "Can I hold him?" Isabella nods. "Take a seat and Karolina will hand him to you." Hrafna nods and takes a seat on the couch.
She nods. "I know that I'm better safe than sorry. I don't know what the Covviads had planned so thanks I guess!"
Hrafna takes Christer and smiles. "He's ready cute and so small!" Rosa and Galina both smile. "Welcome home and congratulations!" Isabella smiles and thanks them before looking at Otto.
Breaking Icelandic News
In an effort to increase the population of Iceland which is still feeling the affects of the attack on Iceland by the failed Centralian Empire, President Hella has signed off on a bill that encourages families, especially young families, to have multiple children. To encourage this, the government of Iceland announces that for each additional child born, each family will receive a small monthly subsidy. Additionally, maternity leave will be extended from 9 months to 12 months for mothers.
The fascist leaders are driven to the meeting building, on the stairs of which Rogers greets them and shakes their hands before taking them to the meeting room inside, which the press and civilians cannot see into. They all sit around the meeting table and Rogers immediately states his proposal.
