The Serbian Progressive Party has elected Dusko Bosnic as its President while the Party of Democratic Opposition has put forward Zoran Milanovic as their party president.

Bosnic and Milanovic pledge to continue their predecessors party ideologies and claim they will work together to root out extremism from Serbia.

The Serbian Radical Party is expected to be energised now with the Socialist Party gone. Seselj’s anti socialist and extreme nationalist message is appealing to many, the NSF’s call for a return to totalitarianism isn’t as Serbs start to love their newfound freedoms.

*To spice up my RP and give some background to my characters, since unlike everyone else's characters, are not as developed, I'm gonna try having private, monthly Augustus family meetings to give insight into my characters' personalities/goals.*

The Augustus Family's Monthly Meeting

Justinian has invited his nieces and nephews to the Olympian Palace where they sit on the back veranda overlooking the Palace pool and gardens to have drinks and dinner and to discuss various matters of state.

Theodora: "Uncle, what do you make of the situation in Serbia and montengro? The only way I see a future in bilateral relations with that country is if one of the moderate parties wins. I'm sick of negotiating with communists and fascists."

Anastasia: "Me too, honestly. After visiting Europe, I have to say that the radicals really freak me out. And freak every normal person in Europe out too, I'm sure. I have to say, the fascist leadership in Romanian Sultanate was rather welcoming though...and seemed to really genuinely hope for our continued working relationship. They were actually...kind of nice."

Heraclius: *after a chuckle* "How did that taste coming out of your mouth?"

Anastasia: "Like vinegar."

*they all laugh and look to Justinian.*

Justinian: "Serbia is an interesting place, with interesting people. Ever since we brought Dorianopolis out of the dark and onto the international stage, our relationship with the country has been neutral at best. I have personally never trusted the leadership and I don't trust it now. But, the country is one of the great powers in the world at the moment, so what happens there matters. I pray God leads them to a moderate party."

Heraclius: "Countries around the world really just need to adopt parties like our National Prince's party. The party is basically a radical, centrist party that just does whatever we say and everyone supports them!"

Leo: *who very rarely speaks, pipes up.* "Well...people sometimes people need a bit of...a push so to speak to support the NP Party..."

*Leo wasn't trying to be funny, but everyone else laughs again.*

Theodora: "So what are the goals for our policy towards the rest of the world? Short and long term?"

Justinian: "The short term goal is getting rid of any damn communists around the world. They are in a constant state of frustrating our ambitions and praise God, watching the BP fall was a delight to witness. The mistake of our world in the past has been to not capitalize on the fall of the communists, which just lets them rise again."

*he pauses for a moment.*

"The long term goal...well the long term goal is cleansing this world of radicalism. Both communists and fascists. Radicals breed instability and isolationism. Both are bad for business. Our country is already wealthy, but we have far more potential if we tap the markets of all the countries who have been in the dark for so long.

We are too small to militarily intervene anywhere. So we must turn to other forms of influence. We must up our foreign aid policy to pump more money into moderate governments around the world such as The Greater Nordics, Joshuastania, Fascist pruessens, and perhaps Herdon, pending the actions of their newest president. Increase our cultural presence through educational institutions and religion. Expanding the reach of IDK News beyond just our borders. That has already begun to bear fruit as we saw in Hondura and God willing, in Serbia and montengro too. This all must be done in such a way to retain our neutrality, as in the end, it does not matter to us who is powerful and who is not. Just that world politics is stable, open, and predictable. Only then will our coffers be the most full."

The Augustus family continues on discussing matters, eating, drinking, and laughing into the night.

UGH. I did not mention it. But their perspective is that the Union has never succumbed to any sort of radicalism, so the Union is not a threat to Dorianopolis. Nor does the Union need Dorian pressure to maintain that. The Union and Dorianopolis has struck favorable economic deals and wish to maintain and protect those deals.

They are skeptical of the Union's pagan religion as they are proud Christians, but Justinian is and always has been about stability so he isn't gonna start trouble about that.

Their only concern is the Union's relations with other countries (not just Serbia). The Augustus family does not think that the Union is on the best of terms with very many countries in the world so they are hesitant to throw unconditional support behind the Aurelian and the Union as a whole.

As of right now, Hondura aligns with the short term goals of the family which is to get rid of communists. They are happy that Dorian influence worked to get rid of the fascists, and tho Sakinov is not a moderate, he is the closest to it in Hondura that they have seen. Their short term policy is based on a nation-by-nation basis to try to move countries closer to the middle of the political spectrum.

As for long-term, they will continue to influence more moderate ideologies in the country, but the family has always been wary of making Hondura upset considering that they are much bigger and the only real threat to Dorianopolis' existence.

I think the union is like the one stop shop for all religions. you wanna see how the romans worship their gods go to aisle 3 then take a right, chirstan god, take the lift to the 2nd level and go forward till you reach the priest. muslum go right at the door till you reach the church of sol invictus than take a right.

Pho sho. That is how Dorianopolis is too, except paganism haha. That is why they won't start trouble about that. And yeah I mean the Union's expansion helps Dorian business interests, so they are cool with that too. But the recent global rhetoric of an anti-colonialism alliance made them apprehensive in coming out and supporting the Union's actions. After all, they like to pretend they are neutral lol.
