As for the region flag, it is a map of the world's republics. The dark green zones are regions that I control and are named "The Republic of ...", but in some cases, certain nations are not republics, nor does the name The Republic of applies to that nation, as the case for China, North Korea and Congo Kinshasa. Taiwan, South Korea and Congo Brazzaville are known by that name already. In the case of Guinea and Guinea Bissau, it is common for them to be known by those names.
