What is the geography of your nation?

I've always imagined my nation as a small island in a tropical ares. However, as my nation's population increases, I've considered adding a couple more islands. I can't imagine the real estate prices for 600+ million people crammed in one island.

What is the geography of your nation?

I always have thought of Lang as being a very wooded place and in the center of it nature-like city central. It has six different regions that celebrate different aspects of Langian Culture (Arts, Technology, Government, Agriculture, Defense, and History). I also believe it would have many mountainous regions. Basically, it is a very nature-loving layout.

What is the geography of your nation?

The Center of my nation is a lush vibrant plain, rich in resources, water, and conflicting weather. The Southern Region consists of grassland transitioning to snowy mountains. The grasslands are the bread basket of the country and houses many ancient noble families. The snow filled mountain expanse beyond houses many tribes and an ancient city known as the Mountain of Ghosts. The Eastern Region is largely desert. It's most interesting feature is a long, ancient wall connecting a series of Oases that runs north to south. The Northern Region holds the coast coast line of my country. As the coast recedes south ward it gives way to hills, cliffs, and mountains before reaching the central plain. The water beyond the coast is settled by two great mountain ranges on either side forming a great bay sprinkled with islands of various importance. The Western Region is home to a series of forests, ancient marshes, and millennia old citadels of civilization. There is also the Zautjian Jungle beyond the Mountain of Spirits in the West. It is relatively uncivilized, but holds many treasures and important trading posts amungst it's secrets.

That should be a general summary of most everything...

What is the geography of your nation?

A gigantic Island the size of portugal to Alaska via Europe surrounded by smaller island groups such as the Isles of Budgerigars and the Rainbow Isles.

Petersville sits on the main Island's Eastern Peninsula and is cut off to the the West by Mountains of Great Magnitude, impossible to cross (tunnels are built through the mountain) with forests on the other side. Not much more is none yet due to the Cartographer's Guild busy squabbling about how to draw an accurate map.

I've always envisioned a valley surrounded by lush forests that continue until you get to the outskirts of the country that fades away into beautiful beaches, untouched by tourists, pure and clear.

What is the geography of your nation?

Their home is The Deep, a structure the size and with the outward appearance of a white dwarf star that is filled with water. The inside surface forms the 'seafloor', similar to a Dyson Sphere, but in the centre instead of a sun is the grand government hall of the Tethysi (which has to be massive, as my nation has proportional representation of 1 representative per 1,000 people, and my population is over 23 billion strong.)
The flora and fauna of the Deep are comprised of pretty much every aquatic life form from real life, myth or fiction - seaweed, coral, sharks, whales, Serris, Gyarados, the Watcher in the Water, Cirein-cròin, etcetera.

Plains, mountains, and forests. And deserts. If you would see a redneck or a western movie set there, it’s here.

What is your favorite extinct creature?

With evidence of it hunting in familial packs, impressive size, each arm capable of lifting 200 kg (3.5 times as much as a typical human when size is taken into account), speed somewhere between 18 and 72 kph (11 to 45 mph), sight 13 times that of a human, see further at ~6 km compared to a human 1.6 km, a highly developed sense of smell, some rough evidence of higher thought roughly equivalent to a dumb chimp, and the name Tyrannosaurus Rex is just so cool.

My answer is T. Rex.

Any of the other homo group species, such as homo neanderthalis or homo habilis.

Imagine sharing the earth with another ape defendant species, that is similar to humans, but from a different tree, that, if they had continued to evolve simultaneously as us, could have the same level of intelligence.

We are all neanderthal to some degree. They didn't so much go extinct as interbred with sapiens so much that they were assimilated.
