Created this region to store my Syria based puppets, as I do not control the region called Syria.
That took a lot longer than normal. Hope next time, it does not take nearly that long to convert a region from an Oracle Region to a Matrix Region.
It is time to cut off the Oracle Region's embassies to go full on board with the Matrix.
