Preamble

1. Appalled that there is no mention of organized political parties in the Constitution, and

2. Asserting that such mentions and restrictions are necessary to prevent extremism

Section 1: Rules on New Political Parties

1. Establishes that recognized political parties must be created with 2 or more WA nations in them,

2. Asserts that new parties must participate in at least 2 upcoming Senate Elections or have a member elected Symbasileus in accordance with the Symbasileus Accountability Act, and

3. Forewarns that any party that has its WA member count drop below 1 will become unrecognized

Section 2: Maintenance of Parties

1. Asserts that any party that does not participate in 3 senate elections in a row, or holds a government position within 6 months will become unrecognized

2. Establishes that WA nations in unrecognized parties cannot run for office, unless as an independent,

3. Recognizes Regional Party Dispatches as official locations to learn about parties, that must be updated regularly in accordance with changes in said parties, and

4. Confirms that independents in an election cannot be listed as a member of a party on a regional party dispatch
